Don’t bother with it. It’s hardly an app at all anyway, all it does is open broken browser windows. Never had a problem. Love the digital programs!! ### 4/5 — Stupid *2025-08-15, version 19.00.00* This is yet another step in transferring the work to the purchaser – like self check out at the grocery store. There is nothing safer or more convenient than having a physical ticket in your hand. ### 4/5 — App is good Updated Review *2022-10-21, version 10.04.00* It seems that issues i and many others have had previously have been resolved. The app is good you can view all your tickets to upcoming shows and also purchase tickets you can also look at digital programs before and after the show. My only complaint is that you can not add tickets to your Apple Wallet which would be a much appropriated feature if Mirvish decides to implement it in the future. Old review below. The Mirvish app was good but now I cannot view my tickets in the app I can still view them online on my account and everything else just not in the mirvish app anymore. Every button you click just takes you to a browser. It would’ve been great if it was a more sold app that could function without internet access (at least for accessing tickets), but no dice. That being said, it works fine enough. ### 3/5 — Mostly good *2023-12-04, version 14.05.00* I generally like the app for accessing my tickets and using my subscriber card for concessions. However I was late arriving to a show recently and received an error message when trying to show my tickets to be scanned for entry. Logging out and back in didn’t fix the issue. Everything was fine earlier in the day when I checked my tickets and nothing was wrong with my tickets for shows at later dates. I was forced to go to the box office to get my tickets printed. Random bad luck or will mobile tickets never be accessible if you’re late? ### 2/5 — Not responding *2026-01-21, version 20.02.00* The app blocked me out of my digital wallet and it’s a mess. I can’t access my tickets. Every time it takes me to the internet where I’m told I may be a bot!
