## What is Mise Kitchen & Meals?

Mise is a calm kitchen and meal-planning workspace built around your own ingredient library.

Start by adding the ingredients and purchase units you use most. Build reusable recipes from those ingredients, plan meals for the next few days, and generate a shopping list grouped by store or category.
