I really like being able to upload from a website. Wish there was the ability to save from social media, but if I take a screenshot with the recipe and upload that way- it gets! My only other quirks I can’t seem to fix- after I uploaded and saved recipes, every time I open the app it has everything I imported on a list and the option to import everything again. The list just won’t clear now that they are uploaded so o keep having to disregard. Also the app shuts down every time I upload a recipe, so I have to go back in. Love that it's entirely free and super user friendly! I do notice that when I search an ingredient I am often cut off after 3 letters and given a "No Results" message. For example if I try looking for black beans, while still typing it cuts off at "bla" and says "No Results". Simple to add a recipe in many different formats. I especially love adding a 20 min YouTube video or one of those long-winded, full back story on grandmas old pancake method blog posts. Magically that url turns into a perfectly formatted, easy to follow recipe with a picture! I also especially love that I can ask the built-in AI assistant to sub in items, or make it vegan, or make a shopping list. It feels so simple but, it’s so nice that the screen stays on.
