Your phone keeps getting the same handful of words wrong. A name. A product. An acronym. The same word, misheard the same way, every single time. Tap the speaker beside any word and it is read aloud from its pronunciation, so a term you have never seen is one you can still say correctly the first time. A shared list now arrives with its pronunciations. Scan a code from misheard.app and the words come with how to say them, not just how they are spelled. Very long lists keep the pronunciations and drop the definitions, because how to say a word matters more than what it means when you are about to say it out loud. The Medical list is now 150 terms, up from 68. Every word from the old list is still there. The new ones each carry how to say it and what it means, and it still opens with the pairs that sound alike, because those are the ones dictation cannot tell apart at all. Doses and part numbers are scored by what they mean. Say "zero point five milligrams" for 0.5 mg and it counts as right. The same goes for a slot number, a check digit or a PRO number: what matters is that the number came through, not that you read the punctuation aloud. Off Script remembers your clock. Pick ten minutes once and it is ten minutes tomorrow. Freestyle sets any length up to thirty. Recording now starts on a three second count-in, the same as Practice, so you are not caught mid-thought. Ready-made word lists on the web. A button in My Words opens misheard.app/lists, where there are sets to scan and a maker that turns your own word file into a code. Nothing is uploaded: the words travel inside the link itself. Every list row has its own menu: rename, duplicate, share, delete. Nothing depends on finding a swipe any more. Also fixed: the result of a practice take is no longer hidden behind the controls underneath it, and a purchase made outside the app is noticed the moment you come back. ### 1.2 — 2026-09-09 Built for iPad. Both show while you practice, so a word you have never seen is one you can still say correctly first time. Export your problem words. Send the words your device keeps missing to your dictation system's custom vocabulary as a plain list, a spreadsheet, or in Dragon's format. Nothing leaves your device unless you send it. Lists are easier to live with: switch between them in one tap, see how many words each holds, and delete one without it quietly emptying into your own words.
