### 4/5 — Pretty good but …

*2022-02-13, version 1.5.0*

I like this app a lot and find it accessible being in English. From reading about 8 tractates I’ve noticed a couple things. First, there are some issues with swiping up at times. If I don’t swipe exactly as needed I’ve had the screen go blank. Just white, nothing. Odd. In addition to this first item if I swipe sideways I’ll get taken into another screen with commentary. When I try to get back to my main read there is some difficulty. Second, I’ve found my share of spelling errors. Not a big deal but I have an expectation of letter perfect in sites like this. All in all, a great app, I will use it often, maybe get my swipes under control and find grace with the spelling errors. I’m glad this app was recommended to me.

### 4/5 — Helpful explanations and translations

*2022-02-13*

Would give 5-star. But occasional mistakes, and scattered mishnayot with no commentary or commentary from a different tractate. I pretty much use this in English with Sefaria on the side for the Hebrew/Aramaic.

**Developer response:** Shalom, thank you for your thoughtful review and for sharing your learning journey with us! We’re delighted to hear the app’s explanations and translations are helpful for you.

We apologize for the occasional mistakes or mismatched commentaries you’ve encountered. Our team continues to work hard to improve the accuracy and completeness of our content. If there are specific mishnayot or errors you notice, please feel free to send details to info@hebrewbible.app so we can address them directly.

If you have suggestions for new features, improvements, or particular commentaries you’d like to see, your input is very welcome. We’re always striving to reach a 5-star experience for every learner. May your study of Torah bring you much wisdom and meaning!

Rabbi Ari
