After months of difficulty creating an account and connecting my info via the website, I was finally successful creating an account using the MiSOMOS App… only to find that the list of results for my kids is incomplete and the latest info is not available. My daughter had 6 tests in school in 2022 and only one is displayed. MiSOMOS has been a complete waste of time. I will not bother to check anymore. I can only assume that they’ll let me know if my child is positive. It’s ridiculous that the public school system is serviced by this completely useless company and so many families are jumping through hoops for nothing. ### 2/5 — Poor interface, works well *2022-05-20* I hate that this app plays music at startup even though my phone is on vibrate only. The graphics are also too busy and hard to figure out what is what. That said, once you can see what you want the app works smoothly. Also, I get notifications that the test result is ready *days* before it’s actually ready. Sometimes I get that message right when the test sample was submitted and sometimes the next day, but never when the result is available on the app. ### 2/5 — This app seems extremely cheap *2022-02-16* I’m not a fan of this app. It plays a very loud jingle when I open it, regardless of the fact that my phone is set to vibrate. That tells me the app isn’t following the normal rules, since putting my phone on vibrate should silence all audible alerts. This is just one of the reasons that I think this app was probably built as cheaply as possible, which doesn’t inspire much trust in this company’s health services. ### 1/5 — Worst ever *2022-01-27* I don’t know how they got approved to do Covid tests on public schools. The app and web are terrible, poorly coded, annoying features like a song when you open the app, date pickers that won’t work and I’ve never managed to link my kids results, so I’m not able to see them. In theory they took their info from NYCDOE, but even writing it exactly, no match. Awful and useless. ### 1/5 — Chose English and the registration is in Spanish *2021-12-21* Chose English and the registration is still in Spanish ### 1/5 — Scam DO NOT DOWNLOAD! *2021-11-20* After taking a Covid test today I received a text that my test results were ready, I clicked the link and it was this company telling me to create an account to access my results, but they don’t do testing. They have no way to reach them and they don’t allow me to even delete my “account“ and it’s a horrible way to try to take advantage of scared people.
