## What is MisPelis?

MisPelis is an app to organize your physical and digital movie and TV series collection, and keep a personal viewing log.

Key features:

• Visual shelves: realistic spine view proportioned by case format (Blu-ray, 4K UHD, DVD, Steelbook, Boxset) or grid cover view.
• Viewing log: record what you watched, when, and add personal notes and reflections.
• Watchlist and «What to watch»: filter-based suggestions from your own library by genre, runtime, or format.
• Personal statistics: directors, formats, and viewing habits over time.
• Optional public view: share your shelf via a read-only web link, without requiring others to create an account.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 0.8.0 — 2026-10-19

Multi-format physical media: Select multiple formats (Blu-ray, 4K UHD, Steelbook, DVD) for a single copy without duplicating its spine on the shelf.
Watch status cleanup: Simplified to "Watchlist", "Watched", and "Abandoned". The "Watching" status is now reserved for ongoing TV series.
Re-watches in the diary: Subsequent watches now appear in their respective month and year, with a re-watch badge and individual notes.
Notes editor: The text area expands more comfortably when writing longer notes and reviews.

### 0.7.0 — 2026-10-18

• Movies & series filter: quick toggle in the top bar to filter between movies, series, or your full library.
• Dismiss on tap outside: options menus, notes menus, and mobile filter panels now close immediately when tapping outside.
• Shared notes: redesigned the other libraries view to prevent clipped usernames and clarify shared note threads.
