Ok, she sent the number but nothing came. She called 10 minutes later but nothing came, eventually she was fed up and told me that she’d call IT! 50 minutes later I received 6 numbers! But no follow-up call. I tried to call the numbers that called me but it didn’t go through. 5 hours after my order, the medicine came. The receipt was a hand written paper that had my name, address, tel. Number and the total. All hand written. Unacceptable. Prices in the application are not updated and I was told that verbally. Additionally the lady who called me told me to forget my points for this purchase till I get the number? Not to mention there are items not available in the app but available at the pharmacy. The whole idea of this was to get points and give loyalty to Misr Pharmacy.
