In addition the dresses showed up 4 days earlier than expected. Our dresses are beautiful. The are for a wedding in 36 days! I tried countless times trying to email them and they said I needed proof from this fake delivery place that has no website and no way I can get the proof!!! So now they won’t refund me my money and didn’t get my dress **Developer response:** We are truly sorry — being told your dress was delivered by a carrier you can't even verify, then being denied a refund because you can't get proof from a company with no website, is completely unacceptable. Le pire, c’est que le transporteur ne sait même pas où se trouve mon colis. On me répond simplement qu’ils sont débordés et qu’ils ne retrouvent pas certains colis. On m’a même indiqué que certaines personnes attendraient jusqu’à un mois pour recevoir leur commande. C’est totalement inacceptable. J’ai également contacté le service client de Miss AC. On m’a assuré que je serais recontactée sous 24 heures, mais je n’ai reçu aucun retour. Aucune solution, aucune information, aucun suivi. Je suis très déçue par le choix du transporteur et par le manque de réactivité du service client. Lorsqu’on paie une commande, on s’attend à être livré dans les délais annoncés et à être informé en cas de problème. C’était ma première commande chez Miss AC, et au vu de cette expérience, ce sera très probablement la dernière. I ordered several pairs of shoes they arrived two weeks ago. I selected one and requested to return the others. I was told to consider: giving it to a friend, do alterations, or sell it second hand. Then I was told I could choose to keep them and they could do one of the following: give me 30% off my next purchase, OR $10 refund per pair of shoes, or I could return them and pay the return shipping, plus the original shipping, plus 10% restocking fee, plus any custom duty fees. So basically donate money to the company. It’s been 14 days and they still show the shoes have only shipped and haven’t been completed/delivered. **Developer response:** We are truly sorry —Please message us with your order number right now. We will send you a prepaid return label so you pay nothing out of pocket.
