### 5/5 — Great fun

Play this whenever I have a long wait somewhere. Really fun game!

### 5/5 — Excellent brain game

*2025-12-09, version 2.0*

This gets me thinking and occasionally learning a word (using an online dictionary). I’ve played 60 games on medium, several on easy and some on hard. I have not found any faults with it if any kind. It’s great as part of a mix of games. Getting rid of adds and giving a thank you to the developer is so cheap and worthwhile. Brain Yoga by the same developer is also highly excellent.

### 2/5 — Needs refining

*2025-09-16, version 2.0*

I think there was a spelling mistake in one of the early easy levels but it could just be that I don’t do American spelling (being British). There was an 'i' towards the end of a word where I would have used an'e', but I can't remember what it was (maybe a word ending with 'eal' and you had 'ial': something like that). I mention it in case it's an actual mistake rather than an Americanism.

Aside from that, I do like the concept; but it's one of those games where you just keep on and on with one more puzzle and never get to a milestone. It needs 'Well done, you completed level 2 in only 2m 39s!' kind of encouragement. And a bit more colour would be nice!

So I kept ploughing through the easy puzzles, trying to reach a milestone, at which point I would switch to more difficulty. The moment never came and I gave up after level 100.

I love Sarah Pierce games; they are supremely well designed, colourful, attractive and not constantly interrupted by lengthy adverts. This one was an exception, however: I was trying to get the easy stage over and done with and kept having to wait for the same irritating advert to allow me to continue. I guess this was an early product; if you could bring it up to the standard of some of your more recent games, I might be hooked. As it is, not so much, I'm afraid.

### 5/5 — Missing link

Love this game.it’s the one I turn to when Iwant a quiet game. I loathe games which have crowns, gold cups ,stars, comets etc........bursting out all over the place. Tacky and confusing. Sue

### 5/5 — Simple but fascinating

*2021-02-12, version 2.0*

There are lots of wonderful "aha" moments as one suddenly figures out the missing letters. I like the hard level.

### 5/5 — My new favorite

*2020-05-02, version 2.0*

I just came across this game and love it. The three levels offer me choices according to how much time I have to play. I like to set a goal of the number I want to reach at that time. I make sure I reach it at all three levels. They are generous with the clues as you can earn more quickly. Thanks for a great game.

### 4/5 — Fill in!

Nice word game for the brain and I love the sound, so healing :)

### 5/5 — Excellent! Except for sound

*2019-11-20, version 2.0*

Fun game! I’ve mostly played the hardest level, which can be a tough challenge. I’m glad there’s no timer because I don’t like feeling rushed. I prefer relaxing games.

One problem is that I can’t listen to YouTube videos in the background. Whenever I open this app, the sound is cut off (yea, I have the upgraded YouTube service). Other apps aren’t a problem — just this one.

Also, I’d prefer to have landscape orientation for my iPad because it’s annoying to have to rearrange it from how I use it 95% of the time. I also lose the prop-up feature of my case because that only works in landscape.

Note that this game does not have a “level select” screen. The plus is that you jump right into a game without having to navigate to and select your current puzzle. The minus is that you don’t have any goalposts. You don’t know the total number of puzzles, and you don’t know what your progress is (20% done? 50%?). I kinda miss knowing that. You also can’t go back to a previous puzzle. Most of the time, I only want to go forward, but for one or two puzzles (hard ones where I was caught by surprise when I solved them), I’d kinda like to go back.
