The link is not working and when it does, it just takes you to the app. There needs to be a search bar where you can search for your friends and their team. Won’t be recommending this app to others. ### 2/5 — Buggy *2021-01-27, version 2.0.1* I’ve had numerous issues with the app. Cannot even find where I can even issue a ticket to help get this issue resolved. I have tried making an account and it asks for an SMS to confirm my account creation and it never send ls my the code verification. Tried deleting re-downloading and making a second account and still the same issue. Every time I try to log in it states it’s unverified and I’ve yet to receive a code for it. Would change my review if I had a good sense of what the app has to offer. ### 1/5 — Keeps saying update available *2021-01-27, version 2.0.0* Won’t even let me use the app, everytime I open it it says update available but there isn’t one. I’ve reinstalled like 3 times still won’t work. I even got to the part where you confirm your phone number and it still won’t even send me my 7 digit code. ### 1/5 — Major issue *2021-01-27, version 2.0.0* I just downloaded the app today to join my organization and such. After downloading and signing up, it wanted me to verify with my phone number. I tried twice, but no code came through. Double and triple checked the number I put in. Additionally, each time I open the app, it says that there is an update available even though I literally just downloaded it. Reset the app, and tried to log back in but my account was unverified. ### 1/5 — Playoff Seeding Issue *2020-10-20, version 1.4.2* Not sure if this was a bug or something completely wrong with the coding but the algorithm to match together playoff seeds did not work at all, matched up a 1v2 and 3v4 semifinal. Our league was not for money but I’d be very mad if I lost money because I had to play a 1 seed earlier than I should have. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear this. We will see you in the next league! ### 3/5 — It is a very good idea and attempt but I think the app needs some improvements. *2020-09-29, version 1.4.2* The app works like it should. I fully support what this app is trying to do but it needs some work. I think it lacks some basic functionality that should already be there such as having a dedicated team page where you can edit your team, searching for players in an organization or league, and having channels or direct messaging for everyone in the organization. Adding a place to make suggestions and report bugs for the app would also be really cool to see. Not yet a five star rating, but I’m sure it could be after some more development. **Developer response:** Hey there! We'd love to continue to hear your feedback. ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing!!! *2020-06-24, version 1.3.3* I downloaded this for my son to play in leagues. It keeps crashing. I have to delete the app, re install it every single time. It just won’t load. Edit: I’ve tried every possible name.... apparently every name is taken..even”evernameistaken” is taken....lol.... hmmm because I’m giving the app a low rating????? **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! We encourage you and your son you join more leagues to play with your organization and continue the fun! ### 1/5 — Really really bad *2020-05-12, version 1.2.1* This app looks really good like it’s clean looking and I appreciate the idea of it but there are so many problems with it. First off I had to scroll through every possible league on the app to get to my college’s page (why is there no drop down or search bar?) Then, when trying to message the person I was supposed to play against, I accidentally messaged the entire league. When the picture at the top of a page is the matchup I’m in, I’m expecting the send a message feature to send a message to my opponent. Not the entire league. Third, when opening the messages, all of the names get screwed up. Messages that I sent are labeled as sent by other people until the app catches up and updates who actually sent the message. Also adding reminders before game times would be extremely helpful. Hope this app can improve because it ruined intramurals for me this season :( **Developer response:** Hey there! Then when I do and the app lets me past the verification pop up I can’t join any of the communities and have to re-setup my profile only to be asked to verify my email again a few minutes later. Really frustrating ### 1/5 — Dead? *2023-01-21, version 3.1.0* We have been trying to signup my son for a community and clicking the Join Community button when we find the community we want to join. I even signed up on my phone and it doesn’t work either using a different account. It also won’t verify the email address. It sends the email and clinking the link takes you to their page, but the app keeps asking to verify the email address. ### 1/5 — Can’t join community *2023-01-20, version 3.1.0* Downloaded the app but can’t join any communities? I can’t participate, nor I can find any organization to join. If anyone has a clarification on why organizations and leagues are disabled (like it there is a system update or a long break is going on) someone please respond, I want to go and compete with others to further expand my skills within gaming. After going back I was then unable to verify my account because my email was taken (by myself earlier). When I tried to login with the taken email, it says the account is unverified (but I can’t verify it). Luckily it fixed itself after being off the app for a bit. ### 4/5 — Great app with minimal bugs *2020-08-11, version 1.4.1* This app is amazing no doubt but there are a couple graphical bugs with the chat. Otherwise, the app was amazing and our league went on without a problem. Also, amazing support. We needed to post pone a match and a staff member got back to us in about 7 minutes.
