It shows if my mood is improving or not in an overall perspective and it gives tips like if I am feeling sad it’ll give me some tips and links on what to do.

Not only does the app allow you to track your mood with a variety of different emotions and numbers, but it also gives great suggestions as to how to maintain your mood, or lift it!
