The 711 Human Performance did a great job creating these workout plans. I’ve used WOD generator and other similar apps, but those only had individual workouts unless you paid for the premium ERAU on. This has a 12 week plan that build upon previous weeks. I am following the plan with 3-4 workouts a week and running the other days. The Progressive Functional plan is a good workout for my basement gym with minimal to moderate equipment required. The TDY workouts are great for when you don’t have a gym or equipment and want to keep the fitness level up.
