I purchased an Apple IPhone 16 as I began the process I was able to scan front side of DL tried to scan the back side and it didn’t scan. I’ve tried everything I was ask through chat room but nothing work. Something has to be wrong with the app. ### 1/5 — App can’t read back of ID *2026-04-23, version 2.5.21* I’ve scanned the front of my ID with no problem. However, I’ve tried over 40 times now in different light and trying different distances, angles, etc. No luck scanning the back of the ID. So I can’t use the app. Worthless if it can’t read the ID. I’ve tried inside under different lights, outside at different times of day and dusk. And yes, I already went to the DPS and confirmed that my barcode was working and readable. It’s silly that MS pays someone to run an app that can’t read MS drivers licenses. I waited 10 months after getting my license to post a negative review. And this app still doesn’t work. If your license is from before the new format came out, it seems to work fine. Didn’t send me the activation link. When I finally received it around an hour later it had expired. Tried again, it finally worked, but then the camera is blurry in the app so it had trouble scanning my ID and face. Now it doesn’t work at all.
