I found this site from a print out my JP gave to me. I immediately looked into it after our honeymoon and was so excited about how easy this company made the process look! I bought my package and filled out all (or so I thought) the information needed to move forward. I ended up receiving an email about 7 days later that said my packet should be shipped out 3 days from that date. Ok, great! 14 days later nothing had arrived and I hadn’t gotten any emails about the status. I was getting worried. I called, emailed and sent a message via Facebook. I was promptly answered by support members via Facebook message and Tiffany called me almost immediately (on her LUNCH) to help me. She explained I hadn’t input my address. I felt totally foolish, like how had I missed this? She assured me once this was taken care of all would be a go and things would get going again. She was so right. I got another email only a few hours later that my kit had been processed, AND mailed. They are rockstars and I feel terrible for doubting them, especially given that I had neglected to double check all my information was there. Tiffany was great and I will recommend this service to anyone I know getting married and ready to change their name. ### 2/5 — Why no option to login? *2019-10-08, version 0.5* I signed up & purchased my package on the website but then noticed their was an app where I could upload pics of my license rather than fill out the questions so I downloaded the app but there is no way to login so I can’t integrate answers already filled out... making the app useless. ### 5/5 — This service is amazing! *2019-08-09, version 0.5* I used this app after some friends suggested it when I got married. It was easy & fast. When my packet arrived there had been a mistake in the order I wanted my name. I kept my middle name & my maiden name as a middle name & then my new last name as a stand alone last name... not something that is typical from what I’ve seen. Even though I procrastinated a few weeks in telling them, MissNowMrs was so gracious in fixing the issue!!! The costumer service was so fast & so friendly! My new kit was done in no time! Amazing service & amazing customer care!!! Unfortunately, I paid $70 for this app to print the paper work and mail to me. I still have to fill information out and mail all documents out. Not worth it! I'm saying that because they offer absolutely no support through the process. If you have a question they never bother to reply. If you call their number you'll actually get an error message. If you email them to say, hey your phone number isn't working, no one will ever call you or email you back. I paid for the premium service which is anything but premium. The app is clunky and the instructions on it are vague and unclear. It's clear they don't care about you or your name change. Apparently they're just shooting fish in a barrel. There are a bunch of name change service comparably priced. There's no reason to use this one. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. Received an email Sept 9 that my package would ship on the next 3 days… never received the package, no one would answer the phone, emails, or IG messaging to inquire. I filled out everything, I did everything, I followed every instruction! ### 1/5 — Waste of money and time *2022-11-04, version 0.7* After realizing the daunting task it was to change my wife’s name, we read all the great reviews online about how quick and easy MissNowMrs is. We thought it was a no brainer to pay the 99 dollar package to have all the paperwork taken care of. We were both excited to not have to stress about it. We downloaded their “App” and filled in what deemed necessary. Week after week went by while we checked the mailbox hoping to find something, only to be disappointed. Emails were sent to their “support” team to which only they responded weeks later by saying we needed to fill in information that was deemed optional on their so called App. They also said they needed our passport photo which the app would not allow us to upload. They said once we did all this they would mail everything in 3 days. Anyway, we promptly responded with our passport photos and have received nothing in the mail. Others email we have sent and received no response. And don’t waste your time trying to call them either. I personally feel like we’ve been scammed and am tired of their lack of response. ### 1/5 — Scam! *2022-08-19, version 0.7* This is a scam! I purchased my package weeks ago and have received nothing! When I call the number online it picks up and it’s a bunch of mumbling and breaking up. I will be reporting to my credit card company. I sent many “forgot my password” emails and it said “email sent to reset your password” I never once got an email. I called customer support because I never got a tracking number. They did not have my apartment number on the forms and charged me an additional $15 to get new forms printed. Complete waste of time and money ### 1/5 — Fraud Alert 2021 *2021-02-26, version 0.5* Paid received an email with tracking number immediately, tracking number confirms almost a month later package never sent, the contact number goes to unanswered voicemail try for yourself at 1-800-301-9296. ### 1/5 — Scam *2020-07-01, version 0.5* This app is a scam. They provide you with publicly available forms and regular envelopes with 50cent postage to mail in the required forms (never mind that that postage amount is insufficient to transmit the required proof of identity documents). Don’t waste your money. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2020-01-17, version 0.5* I was really excited there was a service to help with the craziness of name changing after my wedding. What a waste. They “corrected” information that was already correct. My apartment number was missing from everything they sent, my husbands name was incomplete, and I received forms I checked off that I didn’t need. It’s taken me longer to review and correct the forms than it would have taken to print and fill them out myself. I also got inaccurate information for requirements on their “what you’ll need” sheets. All of my credit cards and things were taken care of with 2 minute phone calls. The app becomes useless once you submit your payment.
