The best thing Missoiri 811 could.do is put on more phone operators, this does not help speed things up, on it and the website you CANNOT adjust the location, you cannot finalize anything due to the inoperative parts...., So you have to call ANYWAY!

Make the app work if you don’t want people calling in tickets for non emergent locates. Waste of my time. Can call in 20 tickets faster than trying to use the app
