Ubedljivo najgori, stigla pogrešna pica posle sat vremena(manja a i skroz drugi sastojci od narucene). Agent je predlozio da se situacija resi tako sto ce dostavljac da vrati picu da se kuhinja uveri, jer su oni izgleda pravosudje pa da procene da li ce da salju novu(a to ce sve da traje dodatnih sat vremena minimum). Ne mogu da verujem kakvu glupost sam cuo idalje…

Na zalost svaka druga dostava kasni po od 15 do 30 min, zavisi koliko imate srece, vrhunac je danas kada mi je dostava kasnila 45 min na procenjenih inicijalnih 40 min za dostavu i cekao sam sat i po jednu picu iz lokala udaljenog 2-3km od mene. Zaista ne mogu da razumem da toliko ne mogu da koordinisu svoje usluge ali ovu aplikaciju prestajem da koristim.
