And all it can do to make up for this is to make snarky references or self deprivation humour, neither of which are written well may I add. Also the whole currency system is stupid. It’s extremely expensive to get any part of the story and it is literally impossible to see the whole game without buying a subscription or watching immense amounts of ads. The art is also pretty trash as well. Like I can understand if you wanna make one of those low effort pixel are style games but at least put a bit of creativity into it and have a consistent art style. But I hadn’t had time to get to some of the stories yet. I upgraded the app to a new version thinking, “Eh, they’re not going to take away access to levels I have already unlocked, because that would be terrible!” Sure enough, now they’re all locked again and my advertisement watching was in vain. I’ve already paid for this app with my time and have had it taken away. And I’m not paying again. Uninstalled. ### 2/5 — You have to pay *2020-06-25, version 1.32* This is a slightly interactive story —- not a choose-your-own-adventure, since the choices don’t affect much —- with trivia mixed in. With some silly dry humor, it’s fun at first.... BUT.... after a few introductory levels, a pay wall pops up. Sure, you can replay old levels or watch ads to EVENTUALLY unlock new chapters, but the trivia questions don’t change??? I imagine most people delete this about the time they discover this debacle.
