I am very angry and I wouldn’t recommend this game. I have also reached out to the Mistplay helpline and they haven’t got back to me. It has been four days since I reached out to them. ### 1/5 — What’s the point if it doesn’t track your progress? *2026-08-23, version 4.7.0* I downloaded Mistplay because the whole premise is that you earn points for playing games and reaching certain levels, then redeem those points for gift cards. Unfortunately, that only works if Mistplay actually gives you the points you earned. I’ve downloaded four games through the app. Only ONE of the four has consistently credited me for the levels I’ve reached. On the other three, I’m level 20+, yet Mistplay has only given me credit for like the first two rewards. I contacted support about one of the games and had to go through them just to get credit for progress I had already completed. When the same problem continued, I was basically told they couldn’t keep manually giving me credit for reaching the required levels and that I should just find another game to play. Seriously? If your app advertises rewards for reaching certain levels, but then doesn’t track those levels correctly, and your solution is for the customer to abandon the game and start another one, what exactly is the point? I’ve spent my time playing these games specifically because Mistplay advertised that I would earn rewards for doing so. Three out of four games failing to properly credit my progress is not a minor glitch. That’s a 75% failure rate based on my experience. At this point, the app feels like a scam to me. You’re encouraged to keep playing to earn rewards, but when the rewards don’t show up, apparently the solution is just “play something else.” I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time unless you’re perfectly fine with doing the work and possibly never receiving the points you were promised. ### 4/5 — Missing points *2026-08-23* For now I’m giving 2 stars due to my missing points. Once I get those I’ll change to a 4 star. Overall the game is fun, can’t say legit yet because I haven’t cashed out yet. U don’t have to reach a too high goal to cash out which is good. The games you play to get those points also give a lot of points to reach the set goal and also gives big bonuses but u gotta binge, which is worth it IF u get the points. I received my points for goal 1, 2, and 3. But when it came to GOAL 4, THE BONUS. I didn’t receive those points and I reached the level in the given time with time to spare. So hopefully it’s legit n I get the points, if I don’t, or do you’ll know soon. UPDATE: everyone, it’s legit. Cashed out 100 in under a month. It took 48 hrs to come and easy cash out. Will be playing this game as long as I’m allowed!🥳so far ain’t no app better than this. Hopefully I can cash out again! Fun app, they have tournaments, give competitions for free gift card(legit) they give easy surveys n u don’t get kicked out often like eureka. Also getting points is easy if u do it right! GOOD LUCK to you guys. Safe cashing out! UPDATE: sadly the cash out is not 48hrs anymore it’s up to 96hrs now. I really hope it doesn’t change anymore than tht because Mistplay has been a great help in many things I’ve needed. Waiting that long can really cause overwhelming problems. I can’t speak on actual payouts because I got banned before I could cash in my 57000 points. Customer support was easy to get along with but overall not very helpful. I played for 2 or 3 days, and logged in one day a locked account and a link to customer support. They eventually told me that I somehow violated the terms of use. After pledging my case, my account was unlocked and I was able to use my points. But if you hit the higher goals with higher rewards, they don’t record it and when you send in a help ticket for those missing rewards, this app just like all the others, won’t reimburse you the full amount.
