ضمان الاستبدال غير حقيفي ، سبق ان نم ارسال علبة بروتين باودر مفروح الغطاء البلاستيكي داخلها وعند الاتصال بهم  والتبليغ عن المشكله وتصويرها في نفس اليوم وطلبت استبدال العبوه كون لايوجد ثقه كون الماده بداخلها  احتمال تكون قد تم التلاعب بها وابلغوني لاحقا عدم الاستبدال لاحتمال ان يكون الغطاء البلاستيكي فتح سهوا اثناء فتح القبق للعبوه وهو شي مستحيل الحدوث ، لن اتعامل معهم لعدم مصداقية ضمانهم واريسال منتج مفتوح

So I ordered a stylus pen for my iPad and they said in the ad it’s a bluetooth pencil with 20,000 IQD,it was a good price for an bluetooth pen…it came so fast but at what cost…they scam me and the pen wasn’t a Bluetooth pen..it was a touch pen so I just lose 5,000 IQD for nothing..and now I bought a bluetooth pen from one of the shops in our capital city streets for 40,000 IQD

حقيقه انهو لازم لكل قطعه او منتج نطلبه لازم ندفع مبلغ التوصيل الخاص بي شغله مبالغ بيهة لان أحنــة الزبائن الغرض انهو صرنه نوصي من البرامج ومنطلع نكول توصيل واحد ارحم من انهو كراوي وتكسيات علمود ناخذ كم شغله
هذا الموضوع هوه اللي خرب البرنامج مال مسواك وله اني من زمان اطلب منهم وخوش تعامل وتطبيق بس حقيقه انهو لكل قطعه اشتريهة خالين مبلغ توصيل وحد خلاني اترك هالتطبيق واضطر اطلب من غير شركات منهم طماطه او الريان الخ  ، اتمنى تلكون حل لهذا الموضوع وترجعون نظام مسواك توصيل واحد دلفري واحد مو كل قطعه مبلغ دلفري وحد لان هلشي خربه البرنامج وخلاني اتركة
