The Lyngemetoden app is for you if you want concrete tools to develop a strong mindset.

The Lyngemetoden is the world's first mental training program, where you get a simple recipe for exactly what you can do differently to train away worries, overthinking, stress, anxiety, or depression.

In the app, you will find the Lyngemetoden's mental training program. The program is based on 32 powerful mental tools, through which you will learn and understand new life principles:
