Consistently told invalid credentials (when logging in via browser worked fine), tried resetting password through app several times. Made a new account. Followed directions online to buy day pass (seems unavailable via app??) which says to find bar code in app - nowhere to be found. Such simple things creates such a poor user experience

Cannot get past the point where you need to put in a credit card to register! 

Hope they can fix this! :)

Simply put, the app doesn’t work in any regard. You can’t make reservations (error 403), you can’t check your own account (error 403), etc etc.

Does not recognize old password. Change password yields 404 error every time. Hire an undergrad who could fix this in a few hours.

Such an irony that this app has MIT in it’s name. No barcode is displayed and no one picks up the phone. I weren’t able to use the facility and they don’t offer any refund. Totally disappointed

Does not even allow one to complete registration. I get to the credit card info page and the field does not allow typing number, it does not allow any input from the keyboard, it does allow paste… nothing. The only thing the shows if you hold over the field is “select all” when there’s nothing to select. For a top technology school, this is a really bad showing when they can’t even write a simple mobile app.

To make it even worse, when you click on the “App Support” in this App Store, you get another broken mobile web page that has an pop up ad where there is no way to clear the pop up.
