While it’s projected as a holistic program but two mysteries remain. 

First, does Miten really exist 😃….because he never speaks to his client not even once even when you register first time. Very prompt on Instagram but for sales only, not after you buy subscription 

Second what’s the qualification of people sending endless emails. Are they certified nutritionists or are just forwarding canned responses? 

For the money they charge saying it’s personalised guidance it certainly not worth. Also there should be some legal regulation to standardise this like only pharmacists can advise medicine just like anyone with access to email cannot give nutrition advise. And how do you know the mail is written by a nutritionist even if they claim? 

But ya their email responses are prompt if that gives u some comfort!  No refund by the way after all these surprises/ shocks :(

Miten has created a fantastic app - be it to record your workout set/ weights, or videos of the correct exercise form, meal recipes, FAQs, measurement tracking etc etc. Love the fact that you don’t need to go to multiple places to access/ record information.

Super snappy, works like a charm and navigation throughout the app is splendid!

The diet plan is awesome! The workout plan is awesome! They have made it so simple. You get weekly updates to both your workout and diet plans and everything is doable. The best thing though, whenever you have any doubt about your workout, just send them a mail and every single query will be responded to within a day! These people are awesome, so if you are serious about your fitness goals, try giving them a chance. You won’t regret it!
