Only compatible on Pro and Pro Max models of the iPhone 12, 13, 14, and 15, as well as the third-generation 11-inch and fifth-generation 12.9-inch iPad Pro models from 2020 and later. In order to see the output of your scan, you will need CoreLogic® | Restoration Mitigate™.

LiDAR exists on all iphone above a 12pro, I have a iphone 13 and it constantly says its not compatible for app use. 

Matter port & Docusketch are the way to go in this industry. Personally recommend Docusketch over matter port.

I have tried and tried to scan a few houses. It makes you breakdown each room individually. If you guys want to develop a good scan, then you need to follow encircle.
