One of the most frustrating issues is the lack of accountability and communication from the staff team. Players are being banned without clear evidence or due process, and attempts to contact the team are routinely ignored. Even when you have proof that a ban may have been the result of being framed or manipulated, there is no response. In some cases, the evidence used against players is not only questionable but also incomplete, such as screenshots that are clearly edited or only show part of a conversation, making it easy to take things out of context and frame someone unfairly. It’s not just about the ban system. There is an overall pattern of neglect. The support team treats players impersonally, often without acknowledging their history or loyalty to the game. You are left feeling like your time and effort supporting the game mean nothing, even after years of dedication. This lack of professionalism and support makes it hard to continue engaging with the game. Players deserve fairness, transparency, and at the very least, a response when something goes wrong with their account. Unfortunately, the current staff seems uninterested in offering any of that. ### 1/5 — The worst online game for free to play players. *2025-01-08, version 9.4.2* This game is dead for a reason, they keep coming up with equipments for you to buy and improve your stats, but this game has 0 supervision from the admin, they literally don’t care about this game, I have reported players multiple times, and they never take any actions. Don’t even waste your time, if they don’t care for your experience why would you even waste your time. Pay to win game. Waste of money and time. ### 1/5 — Toxic *2024-11-10, version 9.4.2* Inactive devs allow in game manipulation allow cheating allow hate speech even with screenshots and video clips nothing is done. DO NOT allow your kids to play. If there was a way to actually report the amount of filth that is allowed to happen by devs who are only concerned with micro transactions….
