Can’t login! *2020-09-21, version 3.6.0* Created account and now I can’t login. How is this possible?! Has Mitsubishi given up on the North American Market? ### 1/5 — Log in *2020-09-16, version 3.6.0* Still can’t log in since you won’t send me the link. ### 1/5 — Stop sending me notifications!!!! *2020-07-02, version 3.4.4* This app sends me notifications 5-6 times a day to activate and/or log in. It won’t let me do it. Since I can’t log in and the forgot password doesn’t work I can’t change the setting to stop notification. What a pain! ### 1/5 — Leaves you for dead *2020-07-02, version 3.4.4* I learned to not contact Mitsubishi roadside help. I called for a flat tire on a busy highway. An automated voice took my information. No one ever showed and I did not get any updates. I waited 50 min and called my own wrecker for assistance. I waited afterwards to see if they gave any updates. 3 days later crickets from Mitsubishi. I would still be out on the road if I waited for them. Just imagine if I had been in a strange area in which I did not know anyone to call. I could have been killed out there. We pay way too much money for these crappy cars to be promised perks like this and don’t get results! ### 1/5 — Terrible service and terrible app *2020-06-01, version 3.4.4* I have had issues logging into my account for over 6 months. The app one day logged me out and I have not been able to log in since. I am able to log into the website on computer but app does not work I have called many numbers and no one knows how to help terrible service. If you see this I need assistance ASAP. ### 1/5 — There is no APP suport *2020-03-10, version 2.2.2* I tried to register my car, but my email address was already in the system and it did not allow me So i tried to login, but it did not recognized the password. I click on Reset password, but i never received the code in any of my email folders I called mitsubishi motor, but they can not help with the issue on the application ### 1/5 — Can’t Log In *2019-12-06, version 2.2.2* I have been trying to log into my roadside assistance account on the app, but it won’t let me. I have done forgotten password and it says it will send me a link, but it never does. Checked all my email folders (spam, junk, etc) and nothing. They don’t even have a customer service number to call if you are having technical difficulties. I called the regular customer service number and the agent doesn’t even have good customer service skills. They all talk dull and don’t seem be enthused to even be talking to you or to solve your problem. I hate Mitsubishi. ### 1/5 — Terrible service *2019-11-23, version 2.2.2* My transmission went out and I needed roadside assistance that is covered under the warranty. The roadside assistance service through this is absolutely horrendous. They called twice to get my information and location. I had to call Mitsubishi directly to get the service dispatched because both dispatchers that called failed to do their only job. It took an hour for them to dispatch service. And the service they dispatched was 45 minutes away. And the dispatchers that called were both incredibly dim witted and slow. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother wasting your time *2019-10-22, version 2.2.2* Can’t log back in ! This app is dumb & pointless ### 1/5 — Terrible service *2019-09-03, version 2.2.2* My car’s transmission was broken and I needed a tow, requested the service through Mitsubishi road side and they assigned a local tow company, the eta 90 mins. I was on the car at the busy intersection for 120 mins, tried to contact both of them ( Mitsubishi and the local company) they said I needed to wait ( the local company which I believe is alternative towing inc in Boston never answer the phone) I called them after 120 mins and they said they can not call the towing company?! So they assigned me another local company and the eta was 90’ again. Such a terrible service, look like they don’t know how to run a business. By the way, the Mitsubishi Outlander is a terrible car also. 7 times recall, bad suspension, expensive parts. ### 1/5 — Already don’t like it *2019-06-03, version 2.2.2* I just loaded it and set it to only use my location while using. Apparently it assumes I’m using it even when I’m not so it is always tracking my location. I do not like that one bit. I’ve had to go into my settings and set it to “Never” which now defeats any usefulness this app may otherwise have provided. I can’t really see much use for it anyway. I don’t know what the “leaderboard” is and why I’m required to be on it with an alias. Sorry but I will not be downloading this app. ### 1/5 — Junk *2018-12-21, version 2.0.7* I don’t usually write reviews like this but when this app quite literally sends me emails but when I try to login it says my credentials don’t exist the app is screwed up. There is no way to get a hold of anybody there ain’t no one 800 number the only time that I can find anything like this is once you go through all of your login and then it tells you it’s all wrong even though it’s all right I would hope that the developer of this app will at least respond to this and give some help because this is ridiculous can’t login because it says you don’t have my email address but you send me emails how is that possible? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t get in app anymore *2023-07-24, version 3.17.5* Had a flat tire last week and couldn’t get into the app to get roadside assistance. App said “incorrect credentials” and when I tried resetting the password nothing ever went to my email. I’ve tried again multiple times since and still can’t get in. ### 1/5 — Mitsubishi road assist *2023-04-06, version 3.17.4* I’ve downloaded , deleted and reinstalled app 3 times. It will not load. When I try to login it simply buffers and will not load. Very frustrating ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2023-02-11, version 3.17.4* I am experiencing the same issue as other reviewers. I receive emails that I have not used the road assist+ app, but when I try to login it says incorrect credentials. I click on forgot/reset password and do not receive an email to do so. I then try to register instead and re-enter all my information only to be told at the end that the email already exists. I have sent emails to the app developer and do not receive any response. This app is total garbage and the customer support is nonexistent! ### 1/5 — Privacy Invasive *2023-02-04, version 3.17.4* Way too invasive! I would catagorize this app as spyware. Tracks and records location, velocity and acceleration data way beyond what is needed for its limited user functionality. I do not recommend! ### 1/5 — ZERO STARS *2022-09-11, version 3.16.1* Very unsatisfied with the service provide. If I could give zero stars I would, not even worthy of a one star review. I am a 67 yr old woman and had a major blow out in the middle of 45 coming to Houston from Dallas. I called and told them my situation and let them know my car did not come with a spare tire. They assured me that they could still help and someone would come to assist me shortly. I waited on the side of the road for 3.5 hours before they “assisted me”. The man came in a truck with absolutely no tools or spare. He looked at my vehicle and said he can not help. Before I could even ask him a question, he jumped in his truck and left! ### 1/5 — Had been working well *2022-07-22, version 3.16.1* Just got an email from Mitsubishi Road Assist plus app asking me to get back on to use it since I had not used it for a while. Could not remember my password and app said it would send me an email with password reset instructions but I never received the email. I called Mitsubishi and they said Apple phones have been experiencing problems with the app. I have an iPhone 8plus. They told me to write this review and perhaps I would get the help I need from the app developer? Issue is I forgot my password and cannot reset it because I am not receiving the email to reset the password. This app has been a life saver when I had a flat tire, and made getting a tow truck really easy. I also really like the driving feedback and the fact that I can use this app to save on insurance. ### 5/5 — This app saved my time. *2018-12-18, version 2.0.7* I accidentally run out of gas and used this app to het a roadside assistance for gas. The app is easy to use and confirms my location on the map with GPS. Soon after submitting the request, I got a call from their representative and confirmed the details. The service status is shared and the service truck arrived as they informed. This experience is much better than my previous one with other roadside assistance company. ### 4/5 — Decent Perks for Safe Driving *2022-04-02, version 3.14.0* This app is great for keeping track of where I’ve driven and showing me how I can make improvements in my driving. I like the local leaderboard so it feels more like a competition to be a better driver and I really like that I get $10 off an oil change every so often for safe driving. The app is functionally sound and I have no complaints about the way it performs. ### 2/5 — Can’t edit *2021-04-05, version 3.12.0* I can’t edit when I wasn’t driving and I’m in a work vehicle so it’s not my car so if I can’t edit this it’s basically a pointless app. If you could edit it would be better. And of course I’m the driver of MY vehicle I’m the only one covered on my insurance duhhh 🤦🏽‍♂️and it’s Manuel no one I know can drive it besides me... ### 2/5 — Roadside app *2020-12-11, version 3.9.0* Reviews about roadside assistance nightmares and dealer nightmares are scary to say the least. Now concerning the roadside app Don’t waist your time loading and trying to get S/N into system. Will not load via photo or by hand- says not valid. Called and rep said yes they know that they are having troubles with 2020 vehicles? What? 2021 are almost out! And for oil change they said it must be done every 3700 to 5000 even though this is full synthetic? So u will pay twice the mount for other vehicle oil changes over the life of this car!? Not sure if this is wide spread, but basically can’t reset it and can’t get ahold of anyone who can.
