I have three passwords now saved, and none of them work because registration can’t be completed. ### 5/5 — Excellent First Impression *2026-07-15, version 3.0.0* The app is much better laid out than the previous one, and I haven't experienced any issues so far. Everything feels more intuitive, and I'm really enjoying using it. No option to reset old app worked fine disappointing can’t pre start car anymore ### 1/5 — App Keeps on Crashing on Login *2026-07-10, version 3.0.0* Such a waste and annoying app. Why would you change the old app it was working and nice. Very disappointed and annoyed. Old app gave an option for the drivers to alter temperature before starting the car so if you have your furry friends inside the car you can control the temps new app does not give you any such option. I don’t want to schedule temp start my car, waste of fuel wish could keep the older app it was so good. ### 3/5 — Average *2026-07-05, version 3.0.0* The new app doesn’t show when you unlock the car it’s doest show if open .Also the mileage was better tracked I could see the exact date when car was operated ### 1/5 — ゴミ *2025-08-25* リモートエアコン使用と充電ステータス確認で使用してるのにどちらも改悪。特にリモートエアコンの方が使えなかったり、車両側で実際には稼働してるのにそれがアプリに反映されなかったり。まともに使えるのは5回に1回くらい。旧アプリはそんなことなかったのに。アウトランダーはとてもいいクルマだし、リモートエアコンもすごく便利で気に入って使用してたのに。削除して旧アプリに戻ろうと思ったら旧アプリにはログインすらできなくなってしまった。こんなゴミに強制乗り換えさせるんですか。我々はアプリの便利さも含めて安くないクルマを購入してるんですよ。早くどうにかしてください。 ### 1/5 — 改善まだですか？ *2025-08-08* ・皆さんが書いている要望に対する改善はいつになるのでしょうか？ 望んでもいない大きいフォントの変更では無くて、多い要望に対して改善してもらえませんか？ ・本日、セットしていた充電タイマーが全く違う時間に変更されていました。 修正しても何回か元の時間に勝手に戻りました。 不具合が多すぎると思います。 ・ミニアプリはまもなく登場すると書いていますが、何ヶ月経っているのでしょうか？ 使えないボタンなら消してもらえませんか？ ・4月から通知が来なくなりました。 電力プランの案内通知が出来るなら、充電開始通知くらい出来るのではないですか？ 車の価格はアプリ込みの価格だと思っていますが、違いますか？高額なクルマに見合わないアプリの性能だと思います。 要望は書ききれないくらいありますが、早急に対応してほしいです。 ### 3/5 — エアコンのボタンはトグルにせずスタートストップ独立させるべき *2025-07-26* リモートからエアコンを操作できるのはとても便利なのですが、「サーバーが応答しませんでした」というエラーがちょくちょく発生します。 この時、実際には操作に成功しているケースもあるのですが、アプリ上は誤った認識でスタート・ストップボタンが表示されることになります。 そうなると混乱しますし、「エアコンがオンになったのかオフのままなのか分からないが、とにかく再度スタートを送りたい」ということもできません。 特に IoT 機器では、状態のインジケーターと操作ボタンは独立させた方が良いという考えがあると思いますので、見直していただけると嬉しいです。 ### 1/5 — 意地でも充電%消すつもりですか *2025-06-24* このアプリは誰がテストしたのでしょうか。ユーザーならSoC %を見たく無い人はいないでしょう。以前にあった機能削除はそれなりの根拠を提示していただきたい。T社ではなくGN0Wをわざわざ選ぶ人は、機能を使いこなす前提の人が多いと思います。 また複数ログインを不可にしたのは一台の車を家族で共有する事も許さないとのスタンスでしょうか。 さらにログインし直し時の挙動が二回パスワードの入力を求められていて、最悪のユーザビリティです。 以上他の方も指摘されているように、ユーザー軽視しているのは確実です。会社のイメージダウンだということもわかっていないです。 ### 4/5 — 根本的改善が先決 *2025-06-23* 今回微小の改善については良かったですが、サーバー不具合によりステータスがフィードバックされない根本的不具合改善が先決です。 サーバー復旧に日を要するなら不具合発生ユーザーに旧アプリを解放する位の対応を企業として対応してほしい。 約2ヶ月経過して漸く復旧した。 ただ、以前のアプリに比べ数字が小さく非常に見難い。 ## Frequently asked questions about Mitsubishi Motors ### What vehicles are supported by Mitsubishi Motors?
