## What is MITSUZURI?

Mitsuzuri helps you review health and fitness data stored in Apple Health and export only the period you need.
View your selected health metrics at a glance in a customizable tile-based dashboard. Open any tile to explore daily, weekly, and monthly charts and records.
Key Features
• View body weight, body fat percentage, steps, heart rate, blood pressure, and more
• Review active energy, exercise time, and stand activity
• View sleep records, workouts, and activity summaries
• Choose, reorder, and customize dashboard metrics
• Select display units and add personal goal or reference lines
• Export data by day, week, month, or a custom date range
• Export as NDJSON for AI tools and programmatic processing
• Export as CSV for spreadsheets and databases
• Includes schema.json describing the data structure
• Includes manifest.json recording the export range, counts, and file details
Privacy
Your health data is read, displayed, and converted into files entirely on your device. Exported files are not sent anywhere unless you explicitly save or share them.
Mitsuzuri requests read-only access to Apple Health. It never modifies existing health records or writes new data to Apple Health. You can choose which data types to allow from the Apple Health access screen.
Each export records useful details such as the selected date range, units, record counts, and retrieval status. Data is processed sequentially instead of being loaded into one large JSON array, helping the app handle longer periods and larger exports reliably.
Mitsuzuri is designed only for viewing and exporting health data. It does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, health advice, or recommendations.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.1.1 — 2026-08-04

We’ve improved health data charts.
- Made distributions such as heart rate easier to read by day, week, and month
- Fixed chart ranges at the end of selected periods
- Added finer value ranges for more detailed insights
- Improved chart accuracy and stability

### 2.1.0 — 2026-07-30

This update makes it easier to explore patterns in your health data.
• Added a Distribution view to supported metric charts, helping you see where observations cluster. You can switch between Distribution and Range views.
• Added workout-type filtering to workout details.
• Added direct access to Detailed Export from Settings.
• Improved the layout and scaling of monthly and yearly Activity Summary charts.

### 2.0.0 — 2026-07-27

Version 2.0.0 brings major improvements to exporting.

• Export the currently displayed date range directly from a metric detail view as NDJSON or CSV
• Share the displayed chart as a PNG image
• Use Quick Export to create files immediately with your saved settings
• Choose between your displayed metrics and a separate export-only selection
• Improved export controls and custom date range handling

### 1.3.0 — 2026-07-25

Made the export screen easier to use. The export and share buttons now stay pinned to the bottom of the screen, so they never move as you adjust your settings. Sharing opens as soon as an export finishes, and clearing a result lets you export again with your period and format still in place.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-07-20

Adjusted tile displays to make your health data easier to understand at a glance.
