Disappointed in the point system. They need to fix the redeeming part of it because I was going to purchase one of their hoodies but the app crashed. I lost all the points i was going to use towards my hoodie. Later read on the checkout menu that you will still lose points even if you don’t actually redeem it.  I love mitten but app is horrible.

I hope they fix the reward system my boxes scan and give me points but I can’t use the points at all been trying for weeks too

Useless QR scanner doesn’t work and it’s the only reason to download I’m with everyone else on this.

was really excited until i realized literally every merch item is out of stock.....what is the point?

rewards not scanning even with perfect photos. also weird design to have people scratch for QR codes when its easy to ruin the QR code. dunno why you guys can’t put a sticker inside the box. 

by looking at other reviews, doesn’t look like it’s working for anyone. for now it feels like a scam to get your info and waste your time.

To put it bluntly, no pun intended, the QR code that’s printed onto your vapes are so small and ineligible that the automatic QR scanner never picks it up. If you try to take a photo of the code, good luck. I had the clearest picture since the Mona Lisa for this and still gave me an error. Literal joke of an app. If my phone can somehow read the QR code on my vape to bring me to your god awful site, maybe you could figure out how to get yours to actually respond. Don’t waste your time

Scanner Doesn’t Pick Up A Single QR Code i Scan (And my camera picks them up rather quickly)

I can get it to scan period anymore finally you guys got it to switch cameras but now it doesn’t even recognize perfect photos in the scanner very sad
