• Earn Friendship XP and Miu Leaves from valid activity.
• Grow plants, unlock stories, and decorate a calm garden.
• No crypto, NFT, loot box, gambling, cash-out reward, or pay-to-win mechanic.

HEALTHY WEIGHT-LOSS SUPPORT
• Build practical Vietnamese meal plans and simple home workouts.
• Track meals, workouts, weight, consistency, and realistic milestones.
• Read short, source-backed lessons about nutrition, movement, habits, and understanding your numbers.

PRIVATE PROGRESS PHOTOS
• Take consistent front, side, and back photos with pose guidance.
• Photos are private by default and can be compared across selected dates.
