Created with consumer-centrism in mind, the Mivi Audio app offers an extremely user-friendly interphase to personalise Mivi audio devices. 

It starts with downloading the app and pairing the audio device with the Mivi Audio App. Once paired, the interphase opens up infinite possibilities for you to personalise the audio and customise the bud responsiveness based on your needs and preferences. 


The app dashboard offers the following features:


Equaliser: This feature is specially designed by our audio engineers to provide the best sound quality for different genres of music, movies, or other audio content. It offers eight Preset Modes and one Custom Mode that helps you automatically optimise the listening experience based on your genre. The moment you choose one of these modes, the Bass, Mid Range and Treble readjusts automatically to provide you with the most pristine listening experience. 


Volume Booster: This feature offers the functionality of increasing the decibel range beyond the recommended range when turned on. It offers you a boosted audio experience and is curated for users who love listening to loud music. 


Gaming Mode: This feature activates ultra-low latency on the device thus offering you a lag-free gaming experience. It is curated keeping pro gamers in mind. 


Touch Controls: This feature offers you customisation related to response action on buds. While navigating through touch controls, you can personalise bud responsiveness for Single, Double and Triple Tap and also customise actions for Tap and Hold. This feature offers seamless adaptivity based on your needs and preferences. 


Kids Mode: This feature has been curated to make the earbuds kid-friendly. When turned on, the app adjusts the optimal decibel range for kids for a fatigue-free listening experience.


Find My Device: This feature allows the user to search for the earbud in case one loses it while they are in the vicinity of the bud. When turned on, it activates a beeping noise on the buds making it easier to locate your device.

Settings: You may check for firmware updates here and also keep your app up-to-date.

Problem: the Mivi application does not work with my iPhone 16 and I cannot connect the buds to the phone. I have tried basic troubleshooting (restarted the phone, reinstalled the Mivi app, checked Bluetooth and permissions, and reset the buds) but the app still will not connect and the buds are unusable with my device.

Worst experience with Mivi! Bought DuoPods K6 on 6th Sept, they stopped charging in just one day. Raised a complaint on 10th Sept, product was collected, but even after a week there’s no replacement, no refund, and ZERO communication.

Pathetic service — I had to buy earbuds from another brand because Mivi completely wasted my time. Don’t trust their warranty promises. Totally disappointed!

I dont know why this problem raised for me..and dont know how to solve this issue.. I just bought superpods halo airbuds i just connect to my phone and installed the mivi audio app after entering into the app I allowed all persmission and The app searched for airpods and it finds well and when i try app connect with buds  it says “Please connect buds to device audio” but I already connected to my mob device. Then i just press the back button and sign in after that my buds is shown when i try to connect with the app it shows “Create failed: [API] API Access has been disabled” I just unistalled and re-installed  app and not yet resolved.
