It keeps giving me the username/password error and don't allow me even to read my old magazines... I am a subscriber as well and I'm really concerned to what will happen to the future editions.. Please fix this ASAP Update: they've contact me and fixed my username/password problem.... But guess what, after two days using the app... Now it crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to open it...Already try to contact them back...but no responses so far... Very Disappointed.. ### 1/5 — Don't install *2012-10-03, version 1.0.24.9487* Like the previous reviewer, I installed the new app just after purchasing a subscription. Now I can't even log in to view any of the content I have purchased. The contact information seems to be non-existent - no ability to report a problem to the publishers. I'll be asking for a refund. *edit* I have contacted both the magazines subscriptions department, as well as the publisher... Neither has responded. *edit* After 3 attempts to contact the publishers, and no reply after almost a month, I have had a full refund processed by Apple. After installing it every time I try to read it the app simply crashes. Unacceptable! And I don't want to pay extra for a digital edition of the same magazine in print form. Every time. I guess I can't access my subscription. Not the first time an update has prevented access to subscribers. All your issues are piled on top of years of back issues, so finding an issue to read is just like have 40 mix magazines sitting on a pile on the floor. Except that you would own all those, as opposed to having to always check the " preview" or " download" button. Issues from my first year subscription now don't show as paid ones. Apparently my subscription had ended but I can't renew it no matter what. Why not automatically renewal just like everyone else? Nicely organised, easy to use and the price per issue is reasonable too. The thing that could be better is the layout. I love how Sound on Sound has their layout, looks very nice and very well thought out.
