MixCam Dual bicamera can easily record and store videos with front and back camera at the same time. You can save videos for tour and other live events and record event and expression at the same time

It’s free, and is good quality all I would improve is that you have to reload the app before recording each time. Other than that it’s a brilliant app and if that can be improved I will change my rating to 5⭐️.
