I contacted the app services and was told the original Apple ID on my old phone needed to be accessed which was impossible on the new one, making it a sure fee that they get to collect because I had to double pay and cancel the first subscription.  In the day of tech I should contact those in charge and get help, not a “sorry we can’t” response.

O aplicativo não gera legenda integral das falas e textos que são apresentadas no vídeo. Algumas partes ainda aparecem alguma legenda correspondente ao que é pronunciado no vídeo, no entanto a maioria das partes não aparecem legenda e quando aparecem é totalmente diversa daquilo que é apresentado no vídeo, o que leva a um trabalho tremendo para poder corrigir alinhar e acrescentar legenda. Deste modo não recomendo de forma alguma esse aplicativo
