## What is MIXEL PBX?

Mixel PBX Pro brings the Mixel business phone system to iPhone.

Place and receive business calls, open the dialer quickly, review recent calls, manage voicemail, access contacts, and use PBX workflows from one secure mobile workspace. Tenant admins can monitor call activity and reach the operational PBX tools they use on the web console, while standard users see only the calling features available to their role.

The app is built for teams using Mixel PBX at pbx.mixel.ch. Sign in with your assigned Mixel PBX account to access your tenant, extension, call history, voicemail, contacts, and authorized administration tools.

Key capabilities:
- Business softphone for Mixel PBX users.
- Tenant-scoped dashboard and live PBX status.
- Dialer, contacts, recents, voicemail, and settings.
- Role-based navigation for users, admins, and platform operators.
- Camera, microphone, and attachment support for mobile messaging workflows.
- Push-notification registration for incoming-call and PBX alerts when configured by the tenant.

Mixel PBX Pro requires an active Mixel PBX account.

Version 1.2 introduces a redesigned, faster MIXEL PBX workspace:

- Help and user-management content in German, French and Italian
- Stability fix for navigation in the native app

Also includes call, contact and performance improvements.

Calls are more reliable, especially when the app is closed:

- Answering a call from the lock screen now connects audio correctly
- Declining a call reliably stops the ringing
- Send an incoming call straight to voicemail
- Tap the Mixel button on the call screen to open the full in-call view (transfer, hold, mute, keypad)

Voicemail:
- Messages now appear in the app and can be played back
- Email notification when you receive a new voicemail
- Voicemail greetings in German, French and Italian
- Unread badge, plus a notification centre for missed calls and voicemails

Also includes display fixes and performance improvements.
