Plus fixes for finished bookings, dropping files into a profile tree, and the directory search bar on phones. BOOKINGS • A booking opens on its details. The details are the first thing you see, open by default, and a host's Approve, Decline and Cancel buttons sit right inside them. • Change a booking's status straight from the board. The Status cell offers only the moves that make sense from where the booking is, and picking one opens the same decision box, with room for a note to the booker. • The Bookings board shows only real fields. Every column is a field you can find in the Fields panel. The extra Opening column is gone, since the board already groups by opening, and the group header opens the opening itself. • Audience is a built-in Availability field. Who can book an opening now sits alongside Duration, Time zone and the other built-in fields, with its own display options. FIXED • Finished bookings show up under Archived. They are archived automatically, the Archived view on the Bookings board lists them, and the decision box tells you where your outcome note will land. • Drop files straight in. If you are allowed to add to a profile tree, drop an image onto the Assets room or into the Select Asset picker instead of browsing to the tree first. • On a phone, the Guest Directory's search bar now sits under the menu instead of sliding beneath the navigation drawer. ### 1.0.8 — 2026-09-11 Bookings grow up: your availability and the bookings people make are two separate lists, each booking is its own record with a Completed or No-show outcome, and booking a slot starts from the slot. Plus Mixie works without an event open, and the Message button shows up for everyone you allow. BOOKINGS • Availability and Bookings are two lists. Availability holds the openings you publish; Bookings holds the slots people actually booked. Each has its own settings, its own permissions row and its own name in the menu. Nothing you had is lost: existing bookings are converted for you, with every opening, booking, status and saved view kept. • A booking is its own record: who booked, when, its status and the meeting link — and once the meeting's end time has passed, an approved booking can be marked Completed or No-show. The booker shows as an avatar and name that opens their profile. • Ask the booker a question: a custom field on your Availability can be shown in both booking flows, in-app and on the public link, and the answer lands on the booking. • Booking a slot starts from the slot. The week view shows its slots (it used to show an empty grid), and a line names the time zone the times are shown in. Hosts get a View as booker button that shows exactly what a booker sees. • Time zone is a built-in field on every Availability: set one and it prints as a city plus abbreviation ("Los Angeles (PDT)"); leave it and it reads "Server time". NEW • "Who can message me" now really opens the door. If your setting lets a guest message you, that guest sees a Message button on your directory row, your grid card, your profile and your saved-item card. Blocks still apply, and changing the setting refreshes open rosters live. • Mixie works when you have no event open. From the global tab, Mixie can reach your profile, links, notifications and direct messages — and if you belong to exactly one event, it answers about that event's schedule and speakers. • Matches tells you what it is waiting for: "Finish your chat with Mixie" until your conversation has got far enough, then "Mixie is finding your matches" — and it changes while you watch, no reload. FIXED • Social links written as x, IG or YT are accepted. Short names and different capitalisations for the same platform used to be rejected as unknown link types, which also blocked links Mixie added for you. • On a phone, a long title and company line on someone's profile card no longer slides under the bookmark and "⋯" buttons. • In the schedule list, the date that follows you down the page now changes exactly at the day change instead of slightly early or late. • In the Guest Directory's list view, a long "Looking for / About" blurb no longer squeezes the name column. IMPROVED • The event pickers in Notifications and Privacy-by-place show each event's icon on every row, with initials as the fallback. • Your week starts on the day you choose in your own Display settings, falling back to your region's convention. • The session count on the schedule toolbar appears whenever any filter is on, in every view. • Profile titles stop at 15 words or 140 characters. Nothing you saved before is trimmed. • Privacy: your IP address is no longer sent with any analytics event, and signing in with Google counts as a login like every other door. ### 1.0.7 — 2026-09-10 The calendar's phone toolbar finally lines up, the top bar stops sliding out of the way while you scroll, a session tells you who is coming, and #topic links in chat and posts are clickable again. CALENDAR ON A PHONE • The top bar is a tidy grid: the gear over the plus, the filter button over the view picker, gaps that match, and nothing overflowing at the narrowest phone width. • The view picker is a pill you tap to cycle, with a chevron at the end to show that tapping moves you on, and the view icons say what they mean: a dot for Day, three for 3-day, a bar for Week, two bars for Month, four tiles for Year. • Switching between grid and list never reloads: both read from the same window of sessions, which widens as you page further out, and a "Show later sessions" row extends the list. • In list view the date sits in the middle of the time row, above the sessions it belongs to, and stays put as you scroll through a day while the hour on the left keeps changing. • A × button beside the filter clears the RSVP filter, the search box and "Upcoming only" together. • Searching sessions also matches the description and the names of the speakers, not only the title, location and time. • Opening a session on a phone is read-only, and dragging a session to reschedule it is switched off, so a scroll no longer moves one by accident. NEW • See who is coming to a session. A Guests line counts who was invited and who said going, maybe or no, and opens a guest list split into Going, Maybe, No and Awaiting. Each person's choice about being shown is respected, and each schedule decides how much everyone else sees. • A session's discussion opens under the session, with a chevron to fold it away, instead of a second window on top of the first. • A session can carry several speakers, and each name is a link to that person's profile. • Guest Matches is a card deck. When you both accept, the conversation is already there with an introduction from Mixie in it, and you land straight in it. FIXED • The top banner can no longer be dragged out of the way. On a short page, pulling down used to slide it up and hide it; on iPhone and iPad the app's own bounce is switched off, so it stays put. • The top bar stops hiding itself while you scroll — banner, hamburger, status band and the sticky calendar header all stay put. The bottom bar still hides, and now it actually slides away instead of standing still. • The banner and bottom bar get out of the way when you scroll inside the Day, 3-day and Week grids, and the month and time zone no longer flash as you swipe between pages. • Forum #topic links are clickable again — since mid-August they had been plain text. They are titled buttons that open the topic. • Signing up again after a first attempt that never completed now works: with the same password we resend the verification email instead of saying the address is already registered. • The event sign-up form says what actually went wrong instead of showing a raw error. • No white band behind the sign-up card when the keyboard opens on iPhone. • Back from a Mixie conversation returns you to where you were instead of the hub. • A contact request notification opens that event's Contacts page, a pending request opens the sender's profile with Accept and Ignore on it, and the Message button says when it cannot start a chat instead of spinning forever. IMPROVED • The Contacts toolbar is a labelled My Contacts / Requests switch that keeps its count, with Blocked and Export in a "⋯" menu, and in Contacts and the Directory the search box collapses to a magnifier that expands when you tap it. • On a phone the Notes "+" opens the same menu you get on a computer: New note, New folder, From template. • The Mixie button on a phone opens the overlay if you never chose one, and the header carries Mixie's star, which hops when you tap it. • Pages you have hidden stay out of the menu drawer and the bottom bar. Direct links to them still work. ### 1.0.6 — 2026-09-08 The calendar is rebuilt for phones, reactions and the buttons under a post answer on the first tap, and the app tells you when it cannot reach the server instead of loading forever. Privacy note: who can see your RSVP now starts at "No one". Choices already saved were reset to "No one" once with this update — if you had picked Everyone, Contacts or specific people, set it again under Privacy in Settings, which is now the only place that control lives. RELIABILITY • If the connection drops while you create an account or sign in, the app retries once and tells you plainly if it still cannot reach us. A sign-up that was cut off can be finished by signing up again with the same email and password. • When the server cannot be reached, you see a message with a Retry button instead of an endless loading screen, on start-up and inside an event. • Opening a shared link on a poor connection no longer ends in "Something went wrong". • Creating a forum topic shows progress until the thread appears instead of a blank card. CALENDAR ON A PHONE • The toolbar is two rows now: Schedule / My Calendar, the view picker and the add button on top; search, the RSVP filter and the schedules gear below. Nothing is squeezed off the edge any more. • Paging follows your finger. Day, 3-day and Week views track your swipe one-to-one, the time column stays put, and the 3-day view overlaps by a day so the edge day stays visible. • Schedule and My Calendar keep their own RSVP and "Upcoming only" filters, and the filter is a small popover under its button. • The settings sheet opens on Schedules and remembers your last tab, and each section carries its own reset. • Colour by RSVP is the default on every schedule, and you choose how the view switcher behaves: one fixed view, tap to cycle, or a dropdown. NEW • Bookmark a speaker. Saved speakers get their own group in your saved items. • A "Shared with me" section on a session's guest list, for the people who have chosen to share their RSVP with you, and a Guests section that follows the organizer's choice: hidden, a headcount, or a count by RSVP status. • A "pinned" chip at the top of a chat room that opens the pinned messages. • Mixer descriptions on the mixer card, between the location and the guests. • Scanning a contact code you are already connected to opens your conversation with that person. • Opening the map from a session card outlines that zone and labels it "your session". FIXED • Emoji reactions, React, Reply, Quote and Vote answer on one tap, with no double-tap delay. • Meeting times show in the event's time zone everywhere the edit sheet opens. • A mixer's card is visible to everyone who can read its thread, not only to people who have answered. • Declining a booking frees its slot and the buffered slots either side. • Sending a message while a photo is still uploading is blocked with a note instead of dropping the picture, and deleting a pinned message unpins it. • A schedule an organizer restricted to a role is no longer readable by everyone else. • Reports made in a chat room reach the moderation queue, and removing a reported message takes it out of the room. • The first-time tour holds the page still, any tap moves you on, and its highlight ring is round around round things. • Mixie no longer hangs waiting on a slow service: a request times out after a minute and is never sent twice. • Social links appear as soon as they are saved, and downloads work inside the app. IMPROVED • In the attendee directory your own entry carries an Edit profile button, and on a phone it shows names only so nothing crops. • Notifications say what kind they are: Chat, Forum reply, Announcement, Reminder, Event Pass. • A note opens as its own full page, the way forum topics already do. • Mixie says it is an AI, its replies can be reported, and it hops when you tap it. • Two interface styles are renamed: "Cedric" is now "C Dark" and "C Porcelain" is now "C Light". Your choice carries over. ### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-06 The keyboard behaves again, invite links open where they should, and this update brings the biggest round of new features since launch: XP gifting, your own contact QR code, a guided first-time tour, and a community Mixers board. FIXED • Typing on a phone: the message bar sits directly on the keyboard again instead of hiding beneath it, and the grey strip above the keyboard is gone. • Invite links open the right place inside the app instead of being swallowed, and the join button can never hang. • Opening the app no longer lands you scrolled to the bottom of the page. • The side rail sometimes showed a row of settings pages where your events should be. It is gone for good. • Opening a forum topic keeps the reply box on screen, riding the keyboard. • Your RSVP answer can no longer be erased by the same control that set it. • Signing in with Google from an event's page now actually joins you into the event. • Sponsor session times show in the event's time zone, not your device's. • A full contrast pass: avatars, badges, tooltips, calendar labels and muted text now read clearly in every interface style. Show it, someone scans it, and a connection request goes out, or the connection happens instantly if you turn on auto-accept. • A guided first-time tour. Mixie walks new guests through the app, one button at a time. • A community Mixers board. Post your own mixer, when, where and how many people, and RSVP to others straight from the board. • The Event Pass grows up: a Trophy Case of what you've earned, a list of every way to earn XP and what it's worth, endless rewards past the final tier, and a raffle panel. • A Privacy tab in Settings: who can reach you, whether your RSVPs are shared, your blocked list and your contact code, all in one place. • A three-day calendar view, and Schedule and My Calendar as two real tabs. • A Mixie chat dock for phones. • A new interface style, Porcelain: light and high-readability.
