Also, if you import your BTC wallet into Mixin and withdraw BTC from Mixin to your imported wallet, the withdrawal fee is currently subsidized and refunded at the beginning of next month. turst it or not, many mdt trash on my account and the app do nothing!

I was supposed to be using this for a simple transaction. In short, it made me get "crypto", didn't tell me there was a fee, then they wanted more money for me to get back my money when it was insufficient funds due to their hidden fees!!!

The whole "crypto" thing is scammy. They make you buy one currency to use another currency. It's the most crooked scam I have seen in a long time.

**Developer response:** Hi, sorry for the frustrating experience. Mixin does not lock user funds behind a paywall, but some blockchain transactions require network fees, which can be confusing for first-time crypto users. 

We understand this may not have been clear enough during your transaction, and we’ll continue improving fee transparency and the overall user experience.

It feels more like a centralized exchange rather than a wallet. There are limits on deposits and withdrawals, and the fees are much higher than those of a regular wallet. If you deposit a large amount, you might not have full control over your funds. Also, it seems that some of the mnemonic words are uploaded to the cloud when creating a private key? That’s terrifying!

And we don’t upload your private keys or anything. Mixin is fully and truly open source on GitHub, we open source everything unlike some other wallets. And Mixin has been audited by leading security experts. 

Fees are dynamic depending on the network conditions. We will try to optimize it even lower.

几年没登录，今天登陆之后，app 一直要我 Upgrade，然后问我要 PIN，但是以前的 PIN 失效了，钱包里的钱全部锁死。什么垃圾 app。
