The game made me play a level like 10 times getting all smileys except for 1/2 before i got all of them. I would also love to see a freestyle mode where you have acess to all the difficulty levels, you can customise your crowd colours and you have acess to all tracks. The elements from old school iOS rhythm games like tap tap revenge suit this game very well, this game refines the features we saw in the past and makes it a much more enjoyable experience . I love the inclusion of a story and the mechanics of buying and collecting records and I really like the different shows u can play. I do have a few nitpicks though. Every time I finish a set the game crashes. I’m playing on an iPhone 6 Plus so it’s not surprising that I’m getting a few bugs, but maybe you could optimize this game for older phones a little bit. My only criticism is that it’s hard to read the dialogue sometimes with the notch but this in no way disrupts the game and I’ll take it compared to all the amazing things that I love about this. If you’re a dj in real life, you’ll actually really enjoy this. The music feels edm but not in a soul-less way. It’s a good balance of mainstream but not sellout sounding. It appeals to critics AND casual fans which isn’t easy to do by any means.
