After having to reset password, and jump through several 2FA hops, I reset back to the same password as the one that was not recognised. And now works. Logs me out constantly for no reason, and has for some unbeknownst reason not saved my password, meaning that I have to reset it - oh wait, I’ve requested it to send a reset password email 6 times now, and it hasn’t bothered to send even one of them. Alright when it works as you get a great student discount at some pubs, but the app is so utterly useless that it renders itself completely unusable. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Never experienced such an awful app. Unbelievable ### 1/5 — Recent app update *2026-03-23, version 6.8.1* The app was recently updated and now can’t log in. The verification code never arrives. Checked spam/junk mail and not in there either. Useless! ### 1/5 — Hard work to use *2026-03-21, version 6.8.1* Go to the bar to avoid depression. Requires new login everytime as it does not remember the login details. For 14 days now it doesn’t ket me login at all or reset my password etc. but simply freezes on the login screen. Shameful, I cannot control my points as there us no other optional login e.g. over website. I receive ea message that I already have an account.. for an email I created 12 hours before for a company in Canada for my wife. How on earth do I have or is there an account already set up? This is very worrying to see this and for staff at the bar to say ‘maybe someone put your email in drunk’ was also alarming. I created this email less than 12 hours ago.. what!!! ### 1/5 — POOR APP *2026-06-28, version 6.8.4* Another poorly designed app which is just awful to use.
