A well working app is brass tacks for success, get this fixed. ### 4/5 — Family Pet *2025-07-22, version 8.5* Our family pet passed and we had the cutest photo of him. We had it printed on and 8x8. It was perfect. I wanted to add and remove a couple different photos for pricing options and it made it difficult. Ended up ordering a couple less photos based on it. I downloaded the app on two different devices. And it was a long arduous process. The app would not allow me to move to the next line to add address and City and province, etc., I had to go back-and-forth multiple times to complete this process. And when I went to the help message desk, I was only given certain questions that didn’t help me with this. Obviously, eventually, I got it and I’m really looking forward to getting my mixtiles. I’ve heard positive experiences from extended family regarding the convenience of them being put together, easy to order and quality. Two weeks turnaround is fine! Lots of coupons online which is enticing to a new costumer! I ordered 8 tiles, 6 the same, one large and one wide. When I tried to remove the old photos, it completely ripped off my wall. I tried slowly, fast and every time it pulls out the wall.
