Die reparatur hat 160,00Euro gekostet. Jetzt ist der Klip auf der anderen Seite gebrochen und ich habe mir die Fairbuds gekauft weil man die wenigstens bezahlbar reparieren kann. Klangtechnisch soch die Avento Wireless allerdings schon recht brauchbar auch in Verbindung mit der App. Schade ist eben die für den Preis schlechte Verarbeitung und der Teure Service. Das Case für die Avento Wireless fällt übrigens auch nach kurzer Zeit auseinander und Nähte gehen auf. Es scheint hier ein grundlegendes Problem mit Qualität bei Beyerdynamics zu heben. ### 2/5 — Mostly does its job but could be a lot better *2024-07-01, version 2.8.4* App is vital for the custom functionality of the headphones but it’s limited and buggy. For $600 headphones you’d really hope they’d put more care into the app that is absolutely necessary for using functions that are the selling point of the headphones. The app frequently forgets my sound profile or I have to turn it back on. Currently when I move the sound profile slider all the way to personalized, as soon as I exit the tab and return I find that it has reset to the (estimated) 80% default, so it appears that it’s just not possible to use full personalized sound which is the main reason I purchased these headphones. EQ options leave much to be desired. Battery percentage does not read accurately. Its a shame the vital features of these headphones are tied to exclusively to this app but I’m just thankful it works to the degree that it does. ### 2/5 — Blue byrd *2024-03-10* Mes écouteurs blue byrd fonctionnent sur mon samsung galaxy s22+ mais je n arrive pas à connecter mes écouteurs blue byrd à mon iphone 15 pro max. Comment je dois faire ? Merci ### 2/5 — Good but… *2024-01-11, version 2.8.3* I have to uninstall/reinstall any time I want it to work. They’re connected to my phone, playing music and working as they should but the app seems to disagree. Might return the headphones completely since I have to jump through hoops just to use them as intended. ### 1/5 — Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben *2023-03-26* Die App ist vom Prinzip her eine super Idee. Leider muss man sich immer wieder neu einloggen. Die App verliert ständig ihre Einstellungen, so dass der Free Byrd dauert verstellt ist. Die Einstellungen variieren nach dem Zufallsprinzip. Mal ist ANC an, dann wieder mal aus. Obwohl ich in der App eingestellt habe, dass die Musikwiedergabe automatisch pausieren soll, spielen die Kopfhörer weiter. Das Hörprofil geht immer wiederverloren oder wird gelöscht, so dass man den Hörtest immer wieder neu durchführen muss/soll. Beim Start der App findet fast regelmäßig diese den Kopfhörer nicht mehr (schon nach einer Stunde nicht) und man soll den Kopfhörer manuell trennen. Der Support geht davon aus, dass hier ein Bedienungsfehler vorliegt. Die App verhält sich auch bei meinen anderen Wireless-Kopfhörern von BM so. Wie kann man so ein Ding in Version 2.x noch vermasseln? Mehr Frust geht wirklich nicht. Ich benutze seit Jahren mehrere Kopfhörer von Beyerdynamic (auch im Studio mit Kabel) und die sind technisch und klanglich alle Top, aber im Zeitalter von Wireless sind die noch nicht angekommen. **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für das Feedback. (iPhone is on wifi and data is turned on). So where do turn for help? Nowhere. Nothing. Nada. Thank you! ### 4/5 — Ein paar bugs und einen Vorschlag. *2022-07-28* Nutze diese App mit den Free Byrds. Kann es bitte eine Option geben den single click / tab zu deaktivieren? Das kann beim Justieren des Sitzes immer mal wieder zu unbeabsichtigten Pausen kommen. Bugs: equalizer setting bleibt nicht. Ich gehe rein, sage zb Bass boost, gehe zurück, es sagt immer noch / wieder “original”. Ähnlich im personalized sound profile. Im Haupt menu sehe ich dass es aktiv ist, dann wähle ich es aus, im nächsten Fenster wird es als ‘off’ angezeigt mit der Möglichkeit es einzuschalten … **Developer response:** Hallo, vielen Dank für das Review. Whatever people might say, the ANC of the lagoon is really good. No matter how loud the traffic is. Noise leak is very minimal and that’s another advantage. However, because the noise isolation/ and cancellation is so strong it’s difficult to hear people around me or the traffic when cycling or crossing the road. Especially in the winters when I am wearing a hoodie. I have to pause the music, or remove my hoodie, then my headphones just to listen to someone talking to me or to hear the traffic. Could you please add an ambient sound mode in the future update so that this amazing headphone can be enhanced to be an all round ANC headphone. Englisch stellen, sie deaktivieren geht leider nicht. Immer wenn ich auf die Option klicke und auf fertig springt es wieder auf die vorher eingestellte Ansagesprache. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Broken for Amiron Wireless *2025-04-15, version 2.9.2* Often when you open the app and go to settings you are not presented with the settings page but a page asking you to input details for a hearing profile test. You have to restart the app and hope to get to the settings. When you do you find that the settings relating to your sound profile bear no resemblance to the ones you had set up before. This ought to be an app you can rely on - I use it so I can make sure I keep my exposure to loud music at an acceptable level- so it needs to work properly. This is similar to an issue I reported to the support team a few years ago - it was resolved then - but it’s very disappointing (and careless of the devs) to have such a poor app left like this for so long. Not a good advert for Beyerdynamic. ### 1/5 — Broken on Amiron Wireless *2025-01-18, version 2.9.1* the app opens but often without the personalisation level, and when you select the “Settings” button you often get the introduction/registration page rather than the “sound personalisation page”. The settings displayed on the page bear no relation to the ones you set either. The only workaround is torestart the app to get past this so in effect you have to adjust each time you open the app. When working properly this is a useful asset for your headphones - but when it’s as badly broken as this it isn’t an asset at all - it is just a real nuisance. ### 1/5 — Absolute Katastrophe... *2024-12-16* Die App und damit auch mein aventho wireless sind mit der aktuellen Version absolut unbrauchbar geworden. FW des aventho ist 2.0.0.1. Immer wenn zwei Bluetooth-Geräte mit dem Kopfhörer verbunden sind und man ihn ausschaltet, schaltet er sich sofort wieder ein. Wenn nur ein Bluetooth-Gerät verbunden ist passiert das nicht. Die Klangpersonalisierung funktioniert nicht mehr korrekt. Der eingestellte Wert wird nicht mehr korrekt übernommen. Wenn man sie in der App ausschaltet, zeigt sie beim nächsten Öffnen, dass die Personalisierung auf irgendeinen zufälligen Wert eingeschaltet ist. Wenn ich sie einschalte und auf meine 73% einstelle, wird beim nächsten Öffnen immer entweder 37% oder 58% angezeigt. Was am Ende im Kopfhörer gespeichert ist, ist unklar. Das Verstellen der 2??? Schieberegler hat in der App keinerlei Bedeutung, es verändert sich der Klang nicht, auch nicht während des Abspielens der Testmusik. Wenn man den einen Regler auf 73% einstellt, zeigt der andere Regler eine Ebene zurück etwas völlig anders an. Beim Ändern der Sprachansagen dreht meistens (nicht immer) ewig das Rad in der Mitte des Bildschirms, nach etwa einer Minute stürzt die App dann ab und schließt sich. Ich habe den Kopfhörer zurückgesetzt, App neu installiert, neuen Hörtest gemacht,bringt alles nichts. **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Rückmeldung. Now they’re just like behringer. A waste of money and space. ### 1/5 — Pretty broken right now *2024-07-11* The most recent update pretty much broke the app - lots of things don’t seem to be working as they should any more. With my Amiron Wireless headphones the app opens but without the personalisation level, and when you select the “Settings” button you often get the introduction/registration page rather than the “sound personalisation page”. You must restart the app to get past this. Appena spegni il Bluetooth del cellulare, l’app mostra un avviso di sistema che ti invita a riattivarlo. La cosa grave è che succede anche se nelle impostazioni dell’iPhone hai negato il permesso a mostrare le notifiche, proprio perché i programmatori hanno pensato bene di veicolare il messaggio tramite un pop-up di sistema. L’app non prevede di mostrare la carica della custodia degli auricolari, ma solamente degli auricolari. Il pairing può avvenire solamente con gli auricolari nella custodia. I comandi touch non sono modificabili dall’app: sarebbe bene che lo fossero, perché sono stati programmati in modo davvero poco intuitivo. La funzione di ANC è completamente gestibile solo tramite l’app, e non dagli auricolari. Peccato, dalla Beyerdynamic mi aspettavo davvero qualcosa di meglio. ### 1/5 — EQ Setting Missing *2024-02-08, version 2.8.3* The app does not have the EQ settings or option to do the hearing test for customization. Was this feature removed by the developer? ### 1/5 — It’s terrible app *2023-04-21* The app doesn't work very well. I don't know whose fault it is. Apple doesn't provide the right APIs, or the manufacturer makes bad software. But it is terrible. When opening the application it is impossible to know which ANC mode is on, you have to close and open the application every time. That is, the actual state of the headphone settings is not transmitted. There is no widget to switch modes without opening the application. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — App funktioniert *2023-02-27* Die App funktioniert mit dem iPhone 14 Pro Max und der IOS Version 16.3.1 ohne Fehler. Der Zugewinn an Klangfülle beim Aventho hat mich von Beyerdynamic überzeugt. Mein AKG 340 K Elektrostat kling nicht so Offen wie der Aventho nach der Klang Personalisierung. Ich höre wieder Instrumente (Triangel) die vorher nicht mehr da waren. Mein Gehör ist älter Jahrgang 1954 und durch viele Sylvesterfeiern geschädigt. Dank an Beyerdynamic und Mimi das ich wieder Freude an Musik empfinden kann. The only suggestions I have is it would be nice if it gave a read out of the headphones battery charge percentage, as it is it gives a small battery icon that is however much filled. And it would be nice if there was more eq options, as it is there is only a handful to choose from. ### 5/5 — Enorme Klangverbesserung *2022-01-08* Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der individuellen Klanganpassung. Sie lässt die Kopfhörer, bei mir Aventho Wireless noch einmal deutlich besser klingen als im kabelgebundenen Modus. Die Equalizereinstellungen benutze ich nicht, da mir dann die Brillianz des Klangs verloren geht. Eine Klasse Weiterentwicklung im Kopfhörerbereich. Perfekt wäre es wenn man mit Kabel High-RES hören könnte bei gleichzeitiger Verwendung der Klangpersonalisierung. I like that you do not have to sign up / create another account if you do not want.
