## What is MIYO?

The MIYO app controls the smart MIYO garden irrigation and, in conjunction with the MIYO Cube, provides information about the condition of your garden anytime and anywhere. The MIYO smart irrigation measures soil moisture and knows weather data and forecast from the Internet. The app offers unlimited options to control irrigation by soil moisture and time windows. As a result, watering only occurs when necessary, and MIYO significantly reduces water use. At the same time, MIYO protects soil and plants.
Create one or more watering areas with sensors and valves in the app for your garden. The sensors measure soil moisture, air temperature and brightness.
The Cube is placed indoors and combines the sensor data with the current weather forecast and your personal settings. Optionally, it also takes into account messages from your smart home. Thus, it is the brain of the system and decides for one or more watering areas whether, when and how to water ideally.
Valve and sensor are solar charged. This eliminates the hassle of changing batteries and conserves valuable resources.

Es hat ganz gut angefangen... Die Ersteinrichtung hat problemlos funktioniert. Danach sollte ich die Sensoren in den Wintermodus stellen, da sie logischerweise erstmal laden müssen. Leider waren die Ventile die ganze Zeit geöffnet, sodass ich den Wasserhahn abstellen musste. Als ich dann nach ein paar Tagen erneut die Sensoren und Ventile einstellen wollte hat die App die Verbindung zur Steuerbox verloren und seither habe ich trotz mehrmaligem Zurücksetzen des Accounts keinen Zugriff mehr.

Auf Kundenwünsche wird schnell eingegangen und man hat über die app alles gut im Griff. Im Expertenmodus vielleicht noch ein bißchen mehr Infos zum genauen Zeitpunkt der Besonnung der Ventile, damit man sie ideal ausrichten kann. Zudem eine manuelle Abweichung des Temperatursensors, damit man idividuelle Umgebungen ausgleichen kann. 
Auf einen Bug in der Weiterentwicklung wurde schnell reagiert. Das ist top! Nochmals herzlichen Glückwunsch für die Rückkehr. Mir fallen noch ein paar Sachen ein, zwar sehr speziell, aber vielleicht finden sie im expertenmodus Freunde, aber die werde ich euch so schreiben, denn auf euren support war zu jedem Zeitpunkt verlass ... weiter so ! Ich habe mir ein paar Mitbewerber angeschaut, aber an euch kommen sie nicht ran.

Gerade haben wir uns gefreut das miyo wieder da ist und schon kann ich meine App nicht mehr starten. Neue App scheint ein  Buck zu haben. Und das jetzt in der heißen Jahreszeit. Bitte vorher testen bevor ihr was neues ausprobiert.
Wenn ihr schon dabei seid. Sensor und Ventile bearbeiten, die 3 Punkte hinter dem Gerät, führt zum Ausstieg. Vielleicht könnt ihr das auch gleich mit beheben. LG Achim
