## What is Mizan Budget?

Mizan is a calm, local-first personal budgeting app. Track your money manually, with intent — every byte stays on your device.

WHY MIZAN
• Local-only by design. No cloud sync, no analytics, no third-party trackers. Your finances never leave your phone.
• Calm, non-judgmental tone. Mizan suggests, it never shames.
• Built for both English and Arabic, with full right-to-left support.
• Dark, focused interface that respects your attention.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Available to spend — a single, clear number on the dashboard tells you what's safe to spend this month.
• Envelopes — split your monthly budget into named categories (Groceries, Rent, Dining Out, Travel…). When an envelope is about to run out, Mizan suggests a calm reallocation instead of blocking you.
• Standalone wallets — keep a side-pocket envelope for things like a trip fund, separate from your monthly plan.
• Sinking funds — set aside a little each month for upcoming expenses (a flight, a renewal, a gift). Upcoming items surface on the dashboard.
• Debt Snowball — list your debts smallest-first, log payments, and watch the snowball grow as each one clears.
• Activity feed — every transaction, searchable and editable. Tap to fix a typo, no panic.
• Insights — gentle weekly observations sourced only from your own data. Dismiss anything that doesn't help.

PRIVACY
Mizan does not include any networking libraries. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no email, no telemetry. The app cannot send your data anywhere because it has no way to.

CURRENCY
Pick one currency at onboarding from a curated list (USD, EUR, GBP, OMR, AED, SAR, JPY, and more). Decimal places match the currency. Change it later in Settings.
