The app is being marketed towards employees— what is the point of having my financial information if the app won’t let me access it??? Incredibly lazy programming that isn’t being fixed. Make my account and everything. I get the email verification code, mint right? Then it makes me send one to my phone number…. I never get it. Only way I can explain this app is a waste of time. And I’m expected to get my W2 during tax season? SMH. Can’t wait to see how that goes. ### 1/5 — App is useless *2025-05-09* I can’t login without authentication every time and when I put in the correct information it says it doesn’t match what my employer has on file. ### 1/5 — Trouble starting *2025-04-27* Every time I try to register it reads my SNN as “incorrect” I haven’t been able to register for 2 days. ### 1/5 — What’s the point *2025-04-18, version 1.6.8* What’s the point in downloading an app if you have to sign in every time you open it? And the password requirements are ridiculous! It has to be 10 digits long, include numbers, letters, upper case, lower case, a special character, AND THEN you have to verify with a texted code. This makes it hard to remember the password, so I’m having to reset it every time I want to open the app. It’s such a process, and for what? Nothing is ever available for advanced pay, no matter how many days I work. What is the point of this app, other than frustrating people? ### 1/5 — Why did you make such a stupid app? *2025-04-07* Seriously, if you don't have the skills, just follow ADP!! Why are you wasting your employees' time logging in? Many people are wasting their time because of this stupid app you made carelessly. The reset password function asks you for a verification code sent to your email but it never sends it. Oh well I guess I’ll never be able to look at my paystub. Mize or, whatever the company name is, horrible really. ### 1/5 — Help???? *2025-01-23, version 1.6.6* Has my last four SSN digits and was trying to do a password reset and not only did it not send ANYTHING to my email I tried making a new one and it says the code is invalid??? Get this off the App Store if it’s not going to help people with their money managing or see how much/access their money. ### 1/5 — Bad services *2024-12-19, version 1.6.2* When there is business that needs to be handled it takes forever to send a verification code I’ve been waiting for three days and still hadn’t gotten one. Can’t even handle my business because I can’t receive my check stubs.
