## What is mjn?

mjn-SERAS is a earpiece with an app that assesses the risk of epilepsy seizures. mjn-SERAS is a medical device that sends a warning signal when the risk of epilepsy seizure is high, to the affected person and their trusted contacts. (the purchase of the product requires having the earpiece). 
mjn-SERAS records the electrical activity of the brain in real time and stores the information on specific servers. The artificial intelligence algorithm that permanently evaluates the risk of epilepsy seizures works in real time in the MJN-SERAS application of the user's mobile phone.
mjn-SERAS is a medical device from mjn-neuro.
mjn-SERAS is a CE marked medical device in accordance with European Regulation 2017/745 (MDR) and Royal Decree RD. 192/2023. Contraindications: Do not use the product in case of suffering from an infection in the ear canal or in case of suffering a skin lesion in the vicinity of the product's area of influence. Clinical studies show sensitivity of 96% and specificity of 94%.
