I’ve tried a few of these one-stop-shop apps and they’re mostly copy/pasted cookie cutter guides from bodybuilding.com. Not this though, it’s all customised to the goals I entered and the workouts are time efficient and varied. Would 100% recommend this to anyone that wants to train like the man himself!!
