Du kannst bequem Start und Ende der Periode auf deinem mKalender eingeben und bekommst nun, Monat für Monat, Start und Ende der Monatsblutung automatisch angezeigt. Kleine Symbole zeigen den Eisprung und die fruchtbaren Tage. Hilfreich sind zudem die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten für Befindlichkeiten, Kopfschmerzen und Blutungsstärke während der Menstruation. Außerdem hast du die Möglichkeit, Notizen für besondere Vorkommnisse einzugeben. So bleibt alles unter Kontrolle und du hast hat alles im Griff.
 Nutzt du zur Verhütung die Pille (21 Tage lang) kannst du dich regelmäßig an die Einnahme der Pille erinnern lassen, indem du einfach im Menu auf “Beginn Einnahme Pille” tippst. Nun wandelt sich der individuelle Menstruationskalender zu einem Pillenkalender. Mit Aktivierung des Reminders und der Einstellung deiner individuellen Alarmzeit erhältst du nun regelmäßig eine Erinnerungsnachricht. Die Optionen zur Einstellung der Zykluslänge und Menstruation sind während dieser Zeit inaktiv. Das mKalender-App ist ein Serviceangebot der Happy Mom Group GmbH.
