They also charged me a second time for parking when arriving at the airport and refused to refund my money due to “policy”. This app is a flagrant scam meant to take hundreds of dollars from you and leave you stranded. ### 5/5 — Bare bones app but works every time *2024-11-26, version 3.8.2* Never had an issue booking reservations. Just make sure you are a couple hours in advance of start time and have card updated on file. Pretty sure that resolves all the issues people are complaining about here. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2024-05-30, version 3.8.2* Downloaded because I’m going on a long trip next week and wanted to reserve a spot in the saver lot. App won’t take reservations at all. Decided to book at a different lot nearby. ### 1/5 — Unable to book *2024-05-30, version 3.8.2* App gives errors when trying to book. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2024-03-27, version 3.8.0* Buggy, can’t actually make reservations. ### 1/5 — Wow, Horribly Bad *2023-06-15, version 3.7.12* Won’t save your login info, no Face ID, doesn’t tell you what floors of the garage are closed. Not sure I’ve experienced an app this bad since iOS 1. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2023-02-07, version 3.7.12* App never works anymore. Every time I launch it, it "can't connect to server". Their website is doubly bad. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother with the app to park at MKE *2022-10-15, version 3.7.12* The first time I used the app, I scanned my phone, the gate opened and I parked for several days. When I flew back to MKE (near midnight), I tried to scan my phone but it didn’t recognize it. I then had to call someone for help and it took another ten minutes for them to find me in the system, charge my account and open the gate for me to leave. The next time I tried using it, my phone wouldn’t scan at all and I just took a ticket. The following attempt I tried making a reservation first. Unfortunately I came back early on my trip and I was overcharged for the parking. Now the most recent attempt resulted in me being double charged. In the meantime I will use the private parking on Howell. Their system works and I get a free water after every trip - all at a lower cost. ### 1/5 — Scanning Issues - Credit Card Charges *2022-07-29, version 3.7.12* Beware! This app is horribly setup and executed linked with your credit card. You maybe incorrectly charged! And, must notify their contact info. to correct the wrong billing IMMEDIATELY. Recently, I entered the main parking garage via scanning my iPhone with this app. The gate had risen, so I entered. Four days later, I returned from my trip, exited a payment lane scanned the app again, NOTHING. Then tried scanning a second different bar code reader and the exit lane gate rose and let me out. Trouble is, NO automatic receipt in the “parking history”. I find out later that my credit card is still be indefinitely charged?! Their system erred and still thought my vehicle is parked in the garage?! How does this happen? I wouldn’t bother with this app any longer. It’s a poorly designed parking system and app that I’ve now had trouble more than once with it. No more for me. Done with this inconvenient hassle. Rewards or not. ### 1/5 — Primitive and cumbersome *2022-03-18, version 3.7.10* Wow, this is so bad compared to other parking apps. Why do you need my address? Why don’t you remember who I am?
