## What is MKSAP 19?

This app supplements the online version and is included with the MKSAP 19 Digital, MKSAP 19 Complete Green, and MKSAP 19 Complete subscriptions. Simply log in with your ACP or MKSAP 19 username and password. If you need assistance setting up your account, visit ACP Online. Some functionality within the app requires an active internet connection.

The new Medical Knowledge Self-Assessment Program® (MKSAP® 19) provides you with the most current and critical information in the core of internal medicine and its subspecialties so you can stay aware of what you need to know as a practicing physician in internal medicine today. MKSAP 19 consists of well-researched text sections and 1,200 exam-like multiple-choice questions along with hundreds of figures, charts, and tables to enhance your learning experience. MKSAP 19's original, high-quality questions comprise patient-based clinical scenarios based on the latest evidence. Each question will challenge your decision-making, help you discover areas of strength, and target areas for you to update or acquire new knowledge. This app enables subscribers to MKSAP 19 Digital, MKSAP 19 Complete Green, or MKSAP 19 Complete to read all of the text and answer all of the questions offline. When you are connected to the Internet, answers will sync automatically with the online version.

The apps is great but the highlighting feature sometimes lags and I cam’t unselect that area so I have to close the app or restart it which wastes alot of study time

Outstanding content, and frankly worth the high cost. Anyone certifying or renewing certification absolutely MUST get this, not to even mention the hundreds of CME hours included. It is astounding how well the content is compiled and cross-referenced. I wish other subspecialties would reach out to ACP and license this outstanding platform. 

One limitation of its GUI, however, is the lack of support for split screen display on iPads.

Old suggestion that responsive developers already addressed: User experience needs some work: Would benefit from allowing the user to change font size without closing the text being read, as was possible in version 18. The functionality has been moved to the sidebar via settings and closes the text being read. At least on larger iPad screens it should allow larger display text.

As pointed out by other reviewers, the highlighting function is broken on this iOS app for some reason. It rarely works as intended, consuming an inane amount of time as you keep fiddling with the text and the highlight button, hoping that it will eventually work. Please fix!!!

I can highlight just fine on an iPad and computer, however when I try to highlight a word or phrase on the iPhone (I’ve tried on multiple iPhones) I have to unclick and re-attempt highlighting SEVERAL several times.
