### 2/5 — Great until latest update and language change

The app was actually pretty good before the latest update. I had a few hiccups here and there getting it to connect to my Artilume T1, but once I figured out its quirks, it worked well enough and did what I needed it to do.

Unfortunately, the latest update has made the app basically unusable for me. The interface has changed from English to a language I cannot read, and I cannot find any way to reliably change it back to English.

Since this app is how I control my Artilume T1, this isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it has effectively made my laser inoperable through the app.

I’d gladly raise my rating if the English interface is restored or a working language-selection option is added. Until then, an app I was reasonably happy with has become something I simply can’t use.

Постоянно вылетает ошибка выгрузки изображения, маленький размер нормально отправляет, большие 150*300мм или 300*400 не может выгрузить. Что уже только не делал, телефон менял, роутер вплотную к станку поставил, ни в какую..

Haven't been able to use this engraver for two years just about. I don't have any other computer was hoping the app would work with it but even with an SD card it fails hard.

You can connect to eps32 based machine, you can send move commands - it works a machine moving. But you cannot send the model by wifi to machine, you cannot burn preselected images. You cannot chose file to burn on sd card. - these features doesn’t works.

I feel as if the app was put together by an AI for a simple man’s job or child. There is no customizations like displayed on the website. However, it does work as depicted on the App Store. Nothing special just a different way to follow the laser progress.

Worked Great out of the box then had connection problems then the IP Address changed twice which was a caught and adjusted. Got it to work one more time and then nothing. Now I have a laser engraver that doesn’t work because of this APP Failure.

The old one worked fine, they had to go and mess it up. Now you can’t even turn the light on at a low enough level to not burn wood. You can’t set a new zero it can only work off of home position and any photo you upload when hit laser, it says it completed the task, even though it did nothing. Of course they make this update after I get out of the return period

This was a great app! Very simple to use! I got on and I could quickly place my image, frame and Engrave! Now you have to plot the X&Y and sizing is horrible! I want the old app back!!!

What nonsense is this? Why do we attempt to connect to wifi and our IP address is showing but does not even connect. Then there are other two options that are useless. Either delete this app or come correct with a new one!

Ran some test files on my TS2 and everything worked great, super easy to use. Make sure you have an SD card in your engraver or you’ll get the upload error like the other reviewers had (operator error)..

Ein Connect ist sehr wohl möglich, es ist zwar richtig das eine Punkteingabe nicht möglich ist, allerdings wenn man die IP Komplett löscht, in einem Editor die IP Adresse schreibt, das ganze kopiert und bei der IP Adresse dann einfügt, funktioniert es.

Удобное управление по WiFi, но есть огромный минус - поддерживает только линейную гравировку растровых изображений. Была бы поддержка контурной (векторной) гравировки и резки - цены бы ему не было, а так для таких целей приходится тянуть провод к пк, что крайне неудобно. Потому только 4*

I would be nice to be able to set default speed and power instead of having to change it every time.
Also when selecting an image it would be nice if the cropping was an option and not mandatory for every pictures. Sometimes I upload an image that is ready and the manual cropping sometimes misplace the image and it isn’t centered anymore.

Other than that I love being able to use this program to engrave with my laser.

Packaged great.  Worked great initially from the app and then it wouldn't stay connected to the wifi.  This defies the purpose of being portable as that was the reason for my purchase. Fix the app wifi problem and it would be awesome
